BG, the interstate, anything you could think of needing on Scottsdale Rd., block from Walmart and it seemed very safe.

Could of been a lot better. It's currently being renovated a bit tho

This place way to expensive for the tiny rooms.

Location was OK. Light in bathroom was out (informed front desk, was not addressed). Only 1 bath towel and it was dirty. Replacement was provided quickly but still only one (for 2 people). Toilet did not flush unless handle was held down through the entire flush. Bed sheet was quite old and had holes in it. Only had two sheets for covering, no blanket. No coffee (or breakfast). Who doesn’t have coffee (in room)?

Good clean rooms and good staff Location

The staff was very nice and fast check in Towels was dirty and half roll of toilet paper in the room. Which normally is better

Nothing Everything

Liked nothing. Didn't stay. Checked out 10 mins after seeing room. DEPLORABLE CONDITIONS!! Had to find another room to stay in at a different hotel. Demanding refund EVERYTHING! Place is a dump! Stains and holes all over all walls. Biological stains all over bathroom. A/C broke, room was 83 degrees. Bathroom completely unusable due to filth. Vent cover was off and exposing filth, mold, & who knows what else. Burn holes all over bedding of both beds. Trim hanging off wall so bad in main room you could trip over it. Nasty mattresses all over parking lot. Broken sinks & TVs all over walking paths to rooms. Pretty sure if inspected by city it would be shutdown. Plus we had to wait 2 extra hrs to check in & was never notified. Check in time was 3pm but were told we had to wait until 5pm.

Awful, dirty place. First room they gave me, all the furniture was broken. 2nd room, no cups, no ice bucket, BLACK MOLD all through the shower. AVOID.

Room need maintenance

Hotel didn't have my reservation, room is disgusting, locks broken, dirty handprints on the walls. I got stuck with a double bed for myself and my 6'4 husband because they didn't have our reservation.

Very unimpressive compared to other choices at this exit.

Nothing they wouldn't honor our online price 4A.M in the morning we had to change rooms cause it was raining on my head in the bathroom while on toilet the housekeepers don't clean the rooms good no smoke alarms nothing up to date holes in towels and wash cloths and the staff is cool with all this Everything but it was cheap for my budget that's why I stayed there

Location to interstate Roaches, dirty showers no towels looks like. The last person just left and the it. And the rest rented it.

I recently stayed at America’s Best Value Inn in Bowling Green, KY, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a motel. I booked a room for two nights with two double beds through Expedia for a total of $134. However, when I arrived at 4:00 AM to check in, the front desk staff demanded an additional $58.I explained that I had already paid online, but they refused to give me the room unless I paid more. At that late hour, I had no choice but to pay, which felt like a scam and extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I asked for a receipt for the extra $60, the staff told me there was no receipt available and gave me excuses that made no sense. This was shady and completely unacceptable. On top of the unfair charges, the room conditions were terrible: • The AC did not work properly, making the room hot and uncomfortable. • There was a bad odor in the room that never went away. • The room had very poor ventilation. • The actual room looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. • The walls were cracked, especially around the bathroom fixtures. • The bed and furniture were in terrible shape, broken and poorly repaired with makeshift supports. • The flooring and wall trims were damaged and dirty. Nothing Nothing was good. The reception was rude. They charged more money on top of what we we paid on booking .com. They told they would cancel the booking if didn’t pay extra. We had no other option as it was late night arrival after long journey. It was like they were threatening to cancel the booking if we don’t pay extra without any invoice.The rooms were very dirty and bathrooms were filthy. The window glasses were broken. Hardly any privacy. Beds were uncomfortable and had dirty bedsheets.
