I didn't use the amimeties, but couples with their kids loved the pool. Breakfast was great. Was greater as Hilton Honors member. The room was top notch. Definitely go back when in Bowling Green.

Good place to stay in a location convenient to the interstate

We stayed at Home 2 Suites by Hilton in two different locations this trip to Chattanooga, TN. One was in Bowling Green, KY and the other was in Chattanooga near Hamilton Place Mall. We love this Hotel. We have also stayed in the one in Mississippi. This is our go to Hotel. All locations have been clean, friendly, and had comfortable beds. The little kitchen is especially handy with a good sized refrigerator. We didn't cook but there are cook tops available. Oh, and the coffee was good. We didn't partake of the breakfast but there were waffles, muffins, bagels, fruit, and cereal. I thought the price was reasonable as well.

Amazing hospitality, great room, the pool was amazing and kids loved it

Everything was Great, staff, cleanliness, breakfast accommodation and location.

The room was plenty big for our family of 5. The kitchenette was wonderful! And I've never stayed at a quieter hotel. It was wonderful!

Breakfast was ok. Don't care for all the hot foods in one container. Cooked eggs tasted like they laid in water. Multi-grain, buckwheat waffle is not my ideal waffle. The pastries were muffins in individual packs from a store.

Good breakfast selection. TV in room did not work, front desk was vacant.
-

Everything was great. Location, cleanliness, room space, etc. The pool didn’t work (wasn’t heated when they told me it was). That was the reason we really selected this location. I was disappointed I wasn’t able to swim.

We spent too much to sleep here to not get any sleep. The doors all slammed when they closed and you’d hear it down the hall. Every time someone in another room went to the bathroom it sounded like someone was pouring water down the drain in our bathroom. The bathroom did not have a functioning fan or even a toilet paper holder. My wife also found a disturbing stain on her towel as she dried off. To top it off, the people in the room above us had two dogs that wouldn’t stop running, fighting, and barking all night. Though it’s a pet-friendly hotel, we didn't expect for my wife to be covered in hives just from sitting in the breakfast area when no dogs were in the area. We picked this hotel because we had stayed at the Home2 in Shepherdsville and it was really nice but the one in Bowling Green left us extremely unhappy. Though the staff were nice, we don’t have plans on going back to the Bowling Green location because our stay was so awful and not worth what we paid at all.

Comfort was terrible. Bed mattresses need upgraded asap (hubby and I both woke up with back aches). Stains on floor carpet in rooms. Food was good. Common areas were clean. Bathroom was spacious. Rooms just need more attention. I've stayed at other Home2suite hotels and there was no comparison. At best 2.5ish/5 overall rating.
