Clean room and nice staff

A prime example of an “okay” overnight/1-day stay.

Room was clean and staff friendly and helpful. Shower was weak but overall, a nice place to rest your head when heading down to Florida.

The entrance road was fence off and not much enthusiasm

We did not have hot water and that was mentioned by several. We made it work but it was a tad bit disappointing.

Convenient and in a good spot Omg… there was zero water pressure and no hot water. Beds were hard. I could hear everything in the halls

Breakfast was so so. The waffle mix was very watery and spilled all over from the iron. Milk was only room temp for the cereal. We had ZERO hot water for the weekend. None of us were able to take a shower. I had asked the front desk to send up maintenance to assist twice, and all they said that they could do is reset the hot water heater. This went on for the 2 nights of our stay. The plaster in the bathroom would flake and fall off when you closed the door. The main door to the room needed to be lifted up and over the floor threshold to be opened and closed quietly.

Great room very clean

We did have an issue with the shower being the temperature of hot lava, but we talked to the front desk and they sent a maintenance guy up asap to take a look. He was able to adjust the handle so we could take a normal shower. We did check out the pool...and were a little disappointed at how chilly it was. But, overall I would stay here again.

Checking in was easy and the lady was super nice. Checking out was just as easy. Both took only a few minutes. Room was comfortable and very clean.

Clean, spacious double queen suite. Very quiet. Slept great. Zero issues during our stay.

The bed was comfortable. The toilet ran constantly, the air vent had mold, the hallway stunk, no plug in on both sides of the bed.

The waffles for breakfast were good. One lady at the front desk was not friendly. I had asked if I could check in early. She said no. She said to come back at 3. Many others were checked in before me when I arrived at 3. My room was still not ready.

Location First of all the toilet leaked so had to change rooms then new room shower was cold, everything looked patched together, asked for housekeeping twice at the front desk but never showed and to top it off the breakfast bar there was no meat , the juice machine was down for all 4 days, ice machine was broken on the 1st floor and on the back entrance a massive pot hole which you have to drive around to avoid

Price. Location. Quiet. Descent. A few stains in the room.

We stopped at this hotel, passing through the area. Just needed a place to rest and clean up. Unfortunately, the one night we stopped the hot water heater was not working. We had to take luke warm to cooler showers. Also, we had to change rooms due to the toilet not flushing. This is the main reason for the 3 stars. I will say the hotel staff was very apologetic and friendly. The location was ideal, next to many restaurants.
