Very clean and comfortable.

Great value. Enjoyed very much.

The room was clean as was the hotel, except a pillow smelled from perfume. The staff was helpful, we needed a cart for our bags but they could not find any except a broken one. We it made do. Breakfast was just ok, the room that had the breakfast setup was damaged. We had to get breakfast there and take it down the hall to the conference room.

The property was clean and maintained. My experience was good. My only complaint was the toilet in my room didn’t flush properly, you had to hold the handle down and my sink in the bathroom appeared to be stopped up, the water drained really slow. Other than that the bed slept good.

Absolutely no water pressure in the bathroom of room 413. While standing under the shower the water completely stopping coming out of the shower head 3 times during a 10 minute shower. When I stopped at the desk to let the lady know she looked at me like I was crazy and said "ooookaaaay". I just kept looking at her so she finally said she would let maintenance know. Never asked the room number or anything. There was however water pouring out the side of the molding next to the shower onto the bathroom floor. The water went she responded made me think it was a known problem. Numerous other people were saying the same things happened to them that weekend. I wouldn't stay here if you are interested in bathing while you are there.

Convenient and good breakfast

Overall, the staff was friendly and very helpful. We did not have hot water in our first room and the water in the second room took a long time to warm up. Some of my kids had to take showers and not the staff’s fault but maintenance needs to be done.

Breakfast good, clean and comfortable

Was fine for a one night stay, but need to fix the water pressure in the bathroom, curtains in the room and AC as it was not very cold.

Great experience ! Wonderful place for getaway.

No hot water, no water pressure. I wasn’t able to wash my hair the two nights we were there to do the pressure of the water or the lack of water that would come out of the faucet. Spoke with Lady at the front desk. Well, she said we’re booked. That’s not a problem for the customers. It’s a problem on the hotel to make sure they have plenty of hot water and plenty of water pressure. My third time staying there and probably my last time.

We really enjoyed the hotel. We will stay again.

Very close and handy to amenities. The door deadbolt not latching in, secondary lock screws were lose. We were concerned of our safety but reassured of safety by staff considering we were visiting the place. Other thing is the water pressure in the room very slow.
