Staff was very rude and unprofessional

This hotel was great, it was clean, breastfast has lots of options. But that's not the best part......the best part of this property was THE STAFF! The staff has amazing customer service, communication, and it just feels good overall! My family and I would stay here 1000x's . 5 stars

Great staff

Breakfast was hot and tasty but the tables were dirty and furniture old and worn.

My major complaint is cleanliness. The breakfast dining room furniture was really grungy and needed desperately to be replaced. We arrived to a room that the Ac was out in and I don't fault them for that because things happen. The front desk help was amazing and very responsive and quickly moved us to another room. The main suggestion I would make is make sure the bedspreads are washed (ours had a stain on it) and the couch cushions need to be cleaned (Mystery stains on them) and our kids had to sleep on it due to thats what you used for the pull out. We will be choosing another location to stay at in the future because if clean if your preference it is a little lacking here. People wise they were very nice.

Loved the water pressure. Prefer rooms with no carpet at all.

The sofa bed was horrible. It had stains and was not a normal sofa bed. No one could fit on it.

They need to have body soap and not just hand soap but the hotel was very clean and has a very Breakfast and The front desk was very friendly and helpful highly recomment this Hotel.Hope they keep it up and don't let it go down like so many hotel do.

The front desk lady was very nice and as helpful as she could be but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. If a hotel wants to have couches in the room they should have someone that is properly able to clean them. Whoever cleaned that room also clearly did not move the couch because there was a shirt, toys, and trash under the couch. The couch was covered in stains. It was horrible.

The lady that checked us in at the desk was super friendly and genuinely caring! I feel terrible I can’t remember her name but she was incredible! She went out of her way to make the stay great! I would absolutely stay here again!

People moving furniture above my room woke us all up at midnight. Could not go back to sleep. Quiet time starts at 10. Don't all a whole family to check in and midnight and rearrange furniture for 45 minutes. Then started again in the morning woke up to moving furniture again. Called front desk and complained. Worst stay at a hotel that i have ever had as far as noise.

Room was not clean, especially the bathroom. Bedding was either dirty and/or stained. Several lights were out and/or broken.

Everything was clean and well kept. Only thing was the pole light from parking lot shined in my face all night because blackout curtains only close half way
