Having one employee working on a Saturday night by herself isn't smart. She was great but needed help.

Breakfast was decent, room was nice. Staff was nice Check in took a bit too long

The location is ideal. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room didn’t seem to be stocked with the usual bath and hand towels and there was no hand soap on the tray in the bathroom like there usually is. Also, the TV remote was missing , but the front desk got us a new one very quickly.

Food was good but it was so crowded and had to wait for food to be refilled Shower not clean, tile cracked, shower door would not stay closed, carpet frayed, mattress too soft

There were 4 teenage basketball teams staying there. They were super loud most of the night. The walls are super thin. Housekeeping woke us up cleaning the room above us. It sounded like they were moving around all the furniture loud banging and sliding things across the floor. The toilet was messed up. I had to take the lid off and fix the chain every time it was flushed.

This is a nice hotel. Clean. Saltwater pool. Breakfast is fine. I mean, it is no Embassy Suites, but it is nice enough. There is real soap! Would be nice to have a happy hour. N/A

Location Hot water warm , Tv had poor reception, and didn’t clean room.

Easy access to our destination. Our room was on the back side with another apartment/motel behind us. There were only sheers to pull completely. It made me feel like we didn’t have much privacy as the curtains were fixed and unable to close all the way. I was also awoken to loud music in the early morning hours, could not tell if it was coming from inside or outside of the building.

Weight room good. Kay at desk wonderful. Manager came back after long shift to help with laundry machine. Best breakfast on trip.

Check in - Staff had posted a sign to call if anything was needed. I called the number only to hear a phone ring behind me. I turned around and he was in the corner sleeping. WOW, then it took almost 30 minutes to check in to the hotel. Staff said they could "see" our reservation but could not "get" to it. After calls and typing for 20 minutes, he was finally able to check us in. Room - Okay, nothing special, very dark interior finishings. Sheet was balling and very rough. Towels were old and very rough. Entrance light to room flashed repeatedly whenever turned on. Breakfast - Just wanted a coffee. Same staff member as check in was there and he had no idea how to get the coffee to work. It only gave hot water and he was very puzzled as to what to do. I finally just left without my coffee. This was a basic hotel. We arrived at 1am and were gone by 7am so I guess it served its purpose. But that check in fiasco was a mess. When we left, again same staff, the only words he said were "Do you want a receipt". That's it, not a word more.
