Hampton Inn by Hilton Bowling Green

We end up leaving Hampton Inn. The room they assigned us had not been cleaned when we arrived at the room. They gave us another room and it had not been cleaned yet. The clerk said he could not guarantee that the 3rd assigned room would be cleaned either. Apparently they had a computer problem and did not know what rooms were clean and which were not. The clerk offered to refund our money and we ended up going to another hotel. Several other customers had the same problem. See above statement

Hampton Inn's are the Best all around.

Awesome breakfast Overall awesome stay. The shower was clogged. The front desk was courteous and prompt in addressing it.

The staff was very nice and helpful. However, we needed their assistance almost every time we tried to enter our room as something was wrong with lock which they said was brand new. We were there 3 nights but the lock was never changed nor worked on. Also, guests are now charged $5.43 per night to park in their lot! Most everything about Hampton Inns has slipped over the years so in the future we’ll be looking elsewhere.

The staff and manager were very friendly. However, it would have been nice to know that the pool was not open in the midst of 100 degree heat. Also, the TV in our room did not work, and this hotel now charges a parking fee!

Stayed again and found used food box on our night stand and very moldy odor in non-smoking room. Room generally felt very unclean. Curtains torn from rods. Very disappointing for a Hampton Inn. Would not recommend.

The hotel was clean, but our breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The eggs didn’t taste that great and got cold quickly. The oatmeal was not good. The meat selection was limited, only sausage, no bacon

Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. They were all very pleasant. The only thing lacking was cleanliness of the bathroom, the only ice maker on our floor was out of order, and the pool was closed (in summer!).

Breakfast was great but no half & half for coffee

Close to local attractions and restaurant choices.

Breakfast was not “ready to go” at 6am. They were still getting things ready for longer than I expected. So I was disappointed.
