The room was exceptionally clean-it smelled clean and felt clean. The daily room service was excellent. While we were at the car show each day our towels were replenished, trash taken out, beds made, and floors and counters cleaned so we felt comfortable when going back to the room after a long, hot day at the race track.

We had a problem with the air-conditioning and the management was totally dismissive of our concerns. Also, the first level of staff that we worked with struggled with English language skills, so communication became difficult.

The air conditioner kept cutting off, the wifi getting cutting out, I was downgraded to a smaller room without explanation, the staff wasn't exactly friendly
