Hilton Garden Inn Bowling Green

No one to bartend. Charging for breakfast was not nice. Advertised as having a restaurant, but only bar food was available. Had to go somewhere else for dinner.

This hotel needs to be updated. You can tell from the rooms that it is an older hotel. I thought the room rate should have been lower for a basic room and basic amenities. The location was convenient to the event I was attending. Otherwise I would have made another hotel selection. The staff was pleasant.

Every hall and elevator smelled awful. The pool and hottub was dirty and had hair in it. Carpet stained in room and smelled like it had been smoked in by the beds.

Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff was amazing! Please don't let this property go down. Keep up the good work!

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. Its clean and well run. This time, we had a toilet that didn't operate properly and there wasn't staff on site to fix it over the holiday weekend. They moved us to a different room for the remaining nights. Staff is very accomodating.
