SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bowling Green

Was a great time! Was on a work event to amusement park! Property was clean and updated!

Nice place to stay at Jax Beach

Why we had an amazing stay, the one thing that made us mad was when we asked 3 times for our room to get cleaned and they never cleaned it. So then we had to go get sheets and stuff from the front desk and they didn’t even offer to make the bed. I shouldn’t have to pay $200 a night for a room that we have to clean and make the bed. So the staff is one big negative for us.

The room was only partially cleaned when first arrived. Had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned and to refill body wash that was empty. Front desk was not very helpful.

Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive. Room doors close extremely loud.

When checking in, the desk clerk was passed out in the back. Said we had no reservation in the system thru expedia. Made us book another room at 1am. Process took 1.5 hours.

The staff was very helpful. They were there if needed and didn’t bother us if not. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Not really something that could be helped but the pool was always full with a lot of kids and families. Wish they had an adult only time, especially on the weekend maybe from 9pm-midnight. I am mobility challenged and wanted to enjoy the pool but didn’t want to risk being hurt by kids jumping and running. Maybe keep the pool open longer and offer adult only hours.

Room was immaculate and the walk in closet was an unexpected and much needed surprise. Staff very friendly and helpful.

So clean. Great staff. Fast elevators. Good food options nearby. Consistent decor and amenities at all SpringHill Suites. Nothing. Place is fantastic. Love the layout of the rooms.

Front desk was Quick, Helpful and Friendly. Room looked exactly like booking photo. Clean, quiet (on 4th floor). Comfy beds. Clean fitness center.
