new clean easy access only issue was when we got ice both nights after ice metal in ice bucket we found parts of roaches also girls checking us in had issue with new log in system by your company

The only problem was breakfast on Saturday large group came in and we didn't get much breakfast

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Plenty of room in the bathroom and the shower was lovely. I love all my Springhill Suites stays! It's family friendly too!

This hotel is great. I would absolutely stay here again and as soon as I have my travel dates for next year I will automatically book this hotel again for my entre stay! Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in!

Love the size Nothing

I don't normally write reviews, but my complaints to the staff while I was there went unanswered and there a few issues. 1 - Towel in the room had clumps of long black hair in it. 2 - There was no bar service on the two nights we stayed. 3 - The toilet kept running when it was flushed. I talked to the lady at the front desk after the first night. I also talked to a second lady at the front desk during check out. They have a notebook to write complaints in, but there was nothing in it from the day before. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Amenities were all great too!

Was a great time! Was on a work event to amusement park! Property was clean and updated!

Nice place to stay at Jax Beach

Why we had an amazing stay, the one thing that made us mad was when we asked 3 times for our room to get cleaned and they never cleaned it. So then we had to go get sheets and stuff from the front desk and they didn’t even offer to make the bed. I shouldn’t have to pay $200 a night for a room that we have to clean and make the bed. So the staff is one big negative for us.

The room was only partially cleaned when first arrived. Had to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned and to refill body wash that was empty. Front desk was not very helpful.

When checking in, the desk clerk was passed out in the back. Said we had no reservation in the system thru expedia. Made us book another room at 1am. Process took 1.5 hours.
