Hotel is one of the best in all categories

Very good

We did a weekend trip for our 18th Anniversary. When we checked in we asked for a room with a good view. We had booked a king suite and ended up with two queen beds and the view was looking out to the air conditioners. The water was awful it tasted like seaweed. We weren't able to sleep since we heard the air conditioning compressor every time they went off. For being a honors status and paid over 200.00 for 1 night we should have been given some sort courtesy. When we checked and to the lady she didnt care that our stay wasnt what we expected and didn't get a goods night sleep with all the loud noises from the air conditioners/ compressors. I will be reaching out to a manager.

Breakfast was amazing and the check in/check out process was very smooth.

Breakfast was extensive. Lots and lots of carbs. wish there were unsweetened yogurt and chicken sausage for people who are avoiding sugar and pork. It is a beautiful facility and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and sheets are soft. Maid service: they brought towels but did not make the beds or tidy the bathroom. Could have used another blanket besides the one intended for the sofa bed. This isn't really a complaint, just a comment: it is so funny that hotels like this never seem to think of what the view is when you look out the window of your room. In a place like Kentucky - it would have been nice to have - at least on maybe one side of the hotel - a view of the beautiful hills and blue grass we could see in the distance. But instead - it is just more ugly buildings/parking lots. I mean this is not a big city where you don't expect much of a view. It might be something Embassy Suites by Hilton could consider for future locations.

The only issue we had was a bad experience with the independent, on-site steakhouse.

Breakfast was best I’ve ever had, the hotel was comfortable and amazing. The beds were probably my favorite Hotel beds. I will definitely be staying here again! We loved it so much I’m planning to stay otw back from our trip

Breakfast was good I think there was some thing for everyone We reserved a king size bed and got queen for the price we paid was not happy about that when I ask the front desk the girl said I must of run out of king

Breakfast was not great, however if you get the made to order omelette, that isn’t bad. Hot tub in pool area would’ve been nice, or slightly heated pool. Everything else aside from this and breakfast was absolutely excellent!
