Very good

Our room was very clean and bed were pretty comfortable. The problem with our room is that it was very hot. I only slept about three hours because I was burning up. We set the thermostat to 68, because the 70 it said it was on felt much much hotter. At 2:30am, we woke up sweating and tried turning it down to 65, but it was reading that the temperature was 71. It felt more like 74-75, which is very hot when you’re sharing the bed with someone. Staff were friendly enough, but the front desk staff seemed like they were spread very thin. We went to the pool and didn’t take our towels, because they were supposed to be provided. But there were no towels available when we got down there, the used towel hamper was full. No biggie, but my kids(freezing, btw) tracked water all over the elevator and hallways going back to the room. I didn’t hate this property, but it was 100% not worth the $200 we paid to stay here for one night.

Hotel was very clean, and staff at check-in and checkout were very friendly and helpful. Area is close to restaurants and retail stores. And very easy to get around the Bowling Green area.

Convince Pool was small. No free breakfast. Rooms could’ve been cleaner.

Breakfast was included with room and was a major reason I selected this hotel. Was informed at check-in that breakfast would not be available because it was Friday morning after Thanksgiving

Everything was clean, no issues. Did not use the pool, so no comment. It looked fine though when viewing it from the elevator lobby. Didn’t bring a pet, so no comment on pet friendliness. Breakfast at the bistro was good. It must have been the female staff members last day because she was somewhat vocal about it when talking to her male staff member who prepared the food. Just keep that talk to the back of house and not in the public areas…not professional on her, not a reflection of the hotel.

Enjoyed outside covered patio in the mornings after breakfast. Easy walk to 4 addition restaurants.

Clean, not humid, didn’t smell overwhelmingly like the hotel was trying to cover up a smell, no bugs or mold No breakfast, got charged twice for my stay and hotel is now not responding to requests for a refund

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly and always kept our room clean and accommodated for the three nights we stayed in the bowling Green area. The room layout was fantastic and they even left us a welcome bag full of peppermints and Hershey kisses which I thought was a very nice touch! The hotel is in a great area and there are many dining options right next to it to go enjoy a nice dinner each night! I can't say enough about this hotel, we've stayed in several during our travels and I would rebook this hotel room every time because of the friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness and location. Clean hotel with extremely friendly staff. Pool is original, but was clean and had towels. Check in was quick and easy.

The property was clean and well kept. My shower head didn’t work, my coffee pot didn’t work, the bed was not a full king.
