Offered gluten-free muffins at breakfast, well-maintained and friendly staff.

The rooms were spacious and clean. Really appreciated the separate bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The hotel was never noisy and my entire family loved the beds. They were very comfortable. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Hotel was in a nice location and near many restaurants and stores which was very convenient.

The only complaint I have is that the remote control to the sitting area was broken/did not workwell.

The suite was very nice and clean! Our toilet was clogged when we got there. Had to ask for a plunger- maintenance didn’t answer. Simon at the desk was very helpful, he located the plunger and I plunged my own toilet! Also our door to the bathroom kept locking on its own which caused some panic at times!

The hot breakfast was good Didn't like the breakfast hours. The toilet seat in our room needed repair. I thought the price of the hotel was a little steep.

Took over an hour to get the pack and play as requested. They were very helpful in getting us one and even offered to go to a sister site to ensure we had one.

The double bedroom suite was very clean with everything we needed, and a good size room to fit a family of 5. The beds were comfy (at home we sleep on Tempurpedic-for comparison). The breakfast was great (even had English muffins with eggs, honey crisp apples, and oat milk). The bathroom was kind of small. Wish there was a vent that you can turn on to keep the air circulation.

The property was very clean, had an awesome breakfast, and the staff was very kind and friendly. I was really impressed with our room, the kitchenette area had extra plates, glasses, and silverware .. even had a nice sized fridge and dishwasher. Loved the spacious closets and areas to put items away so they aren’t scattered all over the room. Would definitely stay again at this property if ever in that area.

We stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Bowling Green for a family trip. Overall the hotel was clean and convenient, but our room on the first floor had a few issues. The in-room phone wasn’t working, which made it difficult to reach the front desk, and we could clearly hear footsteps and noise from the floor above whenever people walked. The staff was polite, but these problems made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Hotel room was clean but wasn’t that inviting. Very basic room not special. It felt & looked out dated.

The room was clean and comfortable. Being Celiac, there a couple of items on the breakfast buffet I could have.
