Was an amazing experience will do it agin

The staff was super helpful anytime we asked for anything. The water park was fine for little kids but I bet older kids might be bored after a while.

The location was great as it was only 2 miles from our venue! And the waterpark was nice The breakfast was only till 9:00am and 10am on Saturday and Sunday!! We never got to eat the breakfast the whole time we stayed due to the early time

Place was nice. Didn’t use the water park so that expense was unnecessary. Restaurant and bar on site was nice. Continental breakfast was very good.

It’s a very beautifully rustic hotel. It felt cozy. Rooms are big and spacey. Staff are very nice and helpful. The Continental Breakfast was good and had lots of option. The Waterpark was just right for smaller kids and the Arcade was a hit as well. Would stay again. The only bad thing my family and I agreed upon was the mattresses were not comfortable. We were glad we brought our own pillows.

The lifeguards were horrible, started off at three.Then, there was one.Sometimes there was none.There was never someone watching my son was stuck up on the top.Because the slide doesn't build up enough water and there's nobody up there.I had trouble pushing myself. And then I went down behind my son, a little bit after he did. And then somebody had the nerve to say, hey, you can't do that. And at that time, there was nobody else behind me or using the slide. Well, if you're not watching my kid at the bottom. I cant trust you to watch my kid, I'm gonna do it myself. And if you're gonna tell me, I can't, then I'm not gonna go to your facilities that aren't safe. I wouldn't come back

Place was perfect for us and not busy which was awesome! Water slides were great, only negative thing I can say is the zip line at the playground was broke.

The atmosphere and the cabin style No vacuum in the room

Thin walls, I could hear the baby crying next door at 7am. Our shower curtain was missing the liner, they installed the swimsuit wire upside down, so we were unable to dry swimsuits properly, only 2 were clothes for a 4-member stay, the towels didn't match, one of the beds was pretty squeaking, a fair amount of sand in the pools, which makes the pool think it isn't kept up. Pool staff is a bunch of teenagers and aren't very engaging or readily available when needed.

Everything Nothing

I LOVED THE HOTEL HOTTUB!! Inside to outside!! ITS HOTTT!! The room was beautiful the jettub was comfortable!! easy access to everything. Enough room for parking.

Love the waterpark and the food. Staff was very helpful Pretty dirty. A/C unit was full of dust visible to the eye on the unit. The surfaces were dusty maybe due to the unit. But won’t say the bedding was bad cause I saw nothing wrong there. Just think the room needed a good cleaning.

Clean and fun for family

Our room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Can definitely hear your neighbours through the walls. However, we were on the main floor near the Waterpark and it was quite noisy with people running and screaming down the hallway late into the night on the weekends. It made getting our toddler to sleep difficult. We enjoyed the free breakfast but wanted a bit more variety by day 7 of our stay. We would stay here again in the future but request a room on a different floor.

Liked water park. Bathroom needed to be cleaned and floor needed to have safer mats etc to prevent slipping
