Nothing Check in was where it all started. Front desk person wasn't very pleaseant. Hallways were dirty the whole time we were there. Room was dark no matter what time of day it was. Toilet was leaking water on the floor. First day of breakfest there was barely any food out and what was had burnt edges on it. This was at 8am. Second day was the better, still overcooked food plus the day before overcooked sausage. Check out was almost the same as check in. Different person just got a grunt that we were leaving. .

Better stays in Tampa area, centrally located where shops and restaurants are located.and appears to be in a safe neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable bed and quiet. Highly recommended.

They charge you for parking and I notice a 10 dollar charge and did not know why but I found out it was for parking . Never been to a hotel that charge for parking . They don’t tell you just charge when you check out. I wish I could get my money back cause I would have not stayed if I knew I had to pay for parking . Something Need to be done and so many people have gotten taken for those 10 dollars a day .

I had to request a room because the dead bolt lock was loose and defective and the phone didn't work in the room. My 2nd room, it appeared that the locks were tampered with or someone tried to replace it but left gaps between the door and the lock. Phone in new room didn't work either. Felt very unsafe. Placed a chair under the handle of the door to prevent someone from pushing down door lever. Black ants were having a ball on my bathroom counter. Toilet seat was chipped and needed replacing. It was a surprise $50 hold on my card once I arrived at the hotel and they charged $10 per night to park in an unmonitored parking lot! Terrible experience. I will never book with Expedia again. They do not reveal everything to you upfront regarding the property age, extra hotel fees, etc. I deserve a refund.
