Really nice place to stay when we went. It was probably over 100° so the pool was really nice.

    Exceptional

Employees were great but anything Capital Vacations touches goes to garbage really quick. Stay away from any jacuzzi room because ours REAKED of mold that I’m assuming is the super cheap carpet which is why I docked the cleanliness. The maids clearly cleaned well because showers and unit were clean. Again, it’s the firm that is not reinvesting into updating the property. Also, this is like the “Carnival Cruise” stay in that the people who will be units next to you are loud and not the most courteous. Both nights, we were awakened to mothers screaming and cussing and children having the most violent screaming tantrums. I can’t tell you how many times things were hitting the walls and some sounded like bodies. The pool and hot tub area are very nice but I’d say not worth the mold smell of the unit and fact that we could not get one night’s rest. For these reasons, I’d pick elsewhere.

I asked housekeeping if the elevator was broke because it was taking so long. They told me I should walk five flights of stairs because they were busy using it.

    Great place to stay!!!

The room itself was very spacious, but definitely older and could use some updating. We enjoyed having a jacuzzi in the room, but unfortunately, it didn’t work very well. The plug to keep the water in didn’t work properly, and the jacuzzi bubbles kept turning off. We also found some trash left behind from previous guests in the jacuzzi area, which was disappointing.

    Passable

  • Engine customer Aug 2026

All the laminate on kitchen and bathroom cabinets are loose and you can easily cut your fingers and hands. Corners of every room are filthy, sheets were not fresh.

On the first night shortly after returning from the pool we heard all this ruckus next door, I just assumed the neighbors were fighting. It turned out to be a maintenance guy losing himself over a pipe busting in the empty unit next to us. It was a whole thing from 9:00pm till 2:00am. Then they were back at 6:30am pounding away at things over there. I know that is mostly out of their control but dang man when you came there to get away and relax that just ruins it. I’m not sure I’ll ever take a chance of staying here again due to all that but overall the property and staff were ok.

1st room was not very clean nd had issues. Called the front desk. They were able to get us to a different room. 2nd room was definitely better then the 1st when is comes to cleanliness. Pool was great, they did snowcones at the pool and passed out Popsicles. The kids loved it.

    Very good

Picked nice Penthouse because of the view Saturday-Wed. I had surgery Thursday & wanted a first family vacay as a family of 4 (husband, 4 & 1 yr old, & myself) while I heal & he’s off to take care of me & let the kids have fun. The floors were so dirty both girls feet, hands, knees, clothes were black within the hour. I called, they moved us. Still on the top, diff building away from the view & now looking at another building & a piece of the view I wanted from afar. Then sink was clogged & stuck, lights in the fridge didn’t work, pullout bed had crumbled sheets and food crumbs all in it, & the washer wouldn’t drain. Electricians didn’t show up till around 11:30 PM when we were told it would be just a few minutes before they got there.. it was still daylight. We finally left at 9:30 to head to the pool because it closed at 10. Got back was getting around for bed & they showed up to fix the sink & the fridge. Got all the pool clothes together & did a load of laundry & the washer would not drain. So the next morning somebody comes to fix the washer & informs us that we were put in the wrong room that was bigger and nicer is what we were told. Which explains a lot. We were not packing & unpacking again. We knew that after we got to the second room and we were still cleaning knees and feet, but wasn’t as bad as the first room. I didn’t want to move. I even offered to shampoo the carpet myself just for the first view, but couldn’t. Also sure the lady won’t call Friday.
