Not very hanidcap acceptable, we had a room on the 2nd floor, both my husband and myself are handicap and there was no elevator, it was very difficult taking stairs with luggage.

The stay was good. Overall the facility is clean besides the outside there is a big dumpster in the middle of the parking lot. The room was nice and clean. I had a big comfortable bed overall I enjoyed my stay, especially when they have snacks for sale in the lobby. My only issue was when I was woken up in the morning by what seemed the SWAT team to be knocking at the door and it turned out to be housekeeping.

The TV did not have a working "guide" channel so we couldn't see what each channel was playing without stopping on each one & there was some internet log in thing that kept popping up like we needed to sign in. but there was no way to do so every 5 mins.

The staff was so helpful and friendly. There were remodeling some of the hotel but was no area unsafe. They made sure you were taken care of. If you needed anything the didn't skip a beat. The room was very clean and nice. The breakfast was wonderful. For them to be doing remodel you couldn't even tell it. The place was excellent in every aspect.

The site was under construction while there, but the room was clean. Breakfast was always hot, and the staff was super amazing and accommodating.

I liked how quiet it was. Bed was ok not too hard not too soft. AC worked well. The construction going on. There was plywood and lumber everywhere. There was no mention of the building undergoing repairs/ remodel. We were given a 2nd floor room and there was no elevator. My travel partner has a bad knee and getting up and down was a task.

The room and bed was comfortable Being charged 97 dollars by booking.com then an additional 50 dollar deposit that wasn’t disclosed to me until I arrived at the property what I feel like I should have been informed beforehand because what if the 97 bucks was all I had
