Our family was asked to leave because a racist guest accused us of smoking weed in our room or common bathroom area. I still don't know which one because we received multiple stories. I was charged a smokers fee and wasn't reimbursed for the time left as I was told. I was told they refunded Expedia the day I was asked to leave and I still haven't received the refund and this was over a week ago. I booked this place months in advance to celebrate the birth of my first grandchild and my mom's birthday. We were 3 grown black women minding our own business and we're asked to leave because a white woman accused us of smoking. Why would I book a non smoking hotel if we wanted to smoke? We aren't children. We're in our 40s and 60s. What really got me was that we had just got back to the hotel 10 minutes before being asked to leave for smoking. When did we have time to do this? To be accused without proof is wrong. And then to be robbed for more money after that is even crazier. My next stop is the BBB to report this. I have a feeling they do this often so they can get that extra smoking fee. I called about my refund and was told 2 stories as well. First, they don't refund guests asked to leave. Then it was we have your money back to Expedia, call them. Horrible horrible experience.

Great stay for one night. Very clean. Nice free breakfast spread and fresh cookies in the afternoon. Check-in staff was pleasant. Room was good with fridge and microwave. Pool and exercise room looked nice but didn’t have time to use.

The property is aged but still a decent place to stay. The bed and pillows in room 224 could use updating. We like that a microwave and mini fridge were available which is not always the case. The body soap smelled amazing. The continental breakfast was sufficient and the a/c worked well.

If you like high water pressure showers, get the accessible room. The bathroom is spacious and the walk in shower is actually nicer than a tub you probably won't use. The king bed was comfortable and the linens were clean.The staff at the desk were very helpful and gave extra pillows when asked. Bring your swim suit if you want to try the indoor pool and hot tub. The cookies in the lobby are also good and sometimes you can catch them when they are warm. Plenty of parking and close access to the highway (route 24) and also near Market basket and a host of popular chain restaurants like ihop, Texas roadhouse, chik fil a and Chipotle.
