The Super 8 Brockton is located just off Route 24, across from the Westgate Shopping Center and Cinema. The hotel is only 18 miles from Boston and all of its many attractions. Logan International Airport is 22 miles from the Super 8. The location is convenient to many sporting venues, such as Gillette Stadium and Fenway Park. Beautiful Cape Cod and historic Plymouth MA are both just a short drive away.

The bathroom, the floors and the bed linen were filthy. There were signs of hair in the bathtub. I use the washcloth to wipe the floor as the floor was filthy. There were spots on the blanket and the bed linen was worn. This was a bad experience. Not to mention that the staff with whom I dealt was unhelpful.

The staff were nice and the location was close to the freeway. Easy walking distance to IHOP. There were a couple nights where there were people screaming outside and clearly some people on drugs around the area. There was a white, grainy powder on the floor and the chair of our room. We asked to have it cleaned up and it took about two days before they did so. However, there was still that powder in the corners. They only cleaned our room once as well. The outlets were loose making it difficult to charge phones.

The staff were nice but upon entering the place smells like entering in a old nursing home facility . Seem like they are using a strong deodorant but does not smell good. Breakfast was terrible with just cereal , bread and coffee. It looks old and outdated. I don’t really like staying in Hotel 8 but its a last minute booking because of the BTS concert.

The room was very clean. We didn’t have a great view as we lifted the blinds we saw the inside courtyard. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the pillows, we could’ve used a thicker blanket as we were cold during the night. I also loved the scent that was throughout the spaces. Overall it was a good experience and we would definitely stay here again.
