Clean small rooms. Only downside for me is there is no carpet in the rooms. It’s good for spending the night only.

The staff were very friendly. I like that he encouraged us to use the lounge to watch the World Cup. I loved the info board by the elevator that told you tips about what to see and do.

It’s near the Brockton mall I was switch from three different room first somebody was in the room they gave me second room there was no remote for the tv. Three room the refrigerator did get cold at all everything was hot told them. There supervisor she was to refund $30 but didn’t

Our room had ants and we never got any soap for the bathroom but other than that it was a really nice stay in a great location

Arrived late. Tv didn’t work, bathroom doors didn’t stay shut, water pressure in the shower was just dripping, one staff tried to fix the TV but couldn’t, another staff gave us a hard time about fixing the tv. Next day moved rooms and bathroom doors didn’t stay still didn’t stay shut.

The breakfast was awful, eggs tasted like powder eggs, sausages we lousy, no pancakes, blah, no butter for pancakes or for toast. I would rather see them drop the breakfast and lower the room rate the coffee was very good was Lavaza brand.

The bathroom light switched off unexpectedly after a while. I toggled the light back on and got in the shower, lathered up, and the light went off once again and would not restart, so I had to open the door to the main room in order to have any light at all. There were no coffee cups at breakfast one day, only decaf coffee one day, and no napkins, and no milk for coffee another. Horrible hospitality system maintenance by the company. Executives should be forced to stay there, take showers in the dark, and bring their own coffee, cups, napkins, etc. Staff members were all wonderful and helpful against all odds. The staff were very classy; the hotel was not.
