Bathroom towels were nasty looking when clean, the tub faucet was loose making it move to scalding hot on its own. Overall run down and neglected property.

The staff was nice, but the customers that were already there were loud both late at night and early morning, and upon waking up in the morning we found a cockroach in the room

W only stayed here because they allowed dogs and it was cheap for the two nights we needed for a wedding we were attending. First, when we arrived there were cops already called to the motel. There were also some questionable characters wandering around. There was at least 3 times the cops were called to come and the last was at 430 in the morning. The cockroaches were very present and wanted themselves known.

I paid for a king size bed was given a queen. Did not tell me until I got to the room. When I brought it to management attention he just said I don’t have a king. The smell was terrible. Didn’t feel safe. Won’t book again

I specifically booked a non-smoking king room because I have asthma. Instead, I was given a room on the smoking floor with two beds. When I walked into the room, it was full of bugs, including dead bugs floating in the toilet. It was absolutely disgusting. I immediately complained and was moved to a non-smoking room, but it still had two beds instead of the king I paid for. The hotel was also extremely noisy—I could hear people above me and conversations across the hall through closed doors. Between the bugs, incorrect rooms, excessive noise, and lack of staff at check-in, this was a horrible experience. I will never stay at this Motel 6 again.

It was a terrible experience over there.I knew if i went somewhere else,i would loose my money,that was the reason why i stayed.This was the first time i found roaches in the bathroom and the bedroom.When i went home ,i had to leave my clothes outside because i was afraid to bring roaches inside my house.I went to the front desk and asked for a discount,they said that i did not book with them.Anyway, i will never go to that place again

The location is the only good part of this place We booked 2 rooms for 7 people attending a concert at the xfinity center. We checked in right before the show. After the show we returned to the rooms to go to sleep and both rooms had cock roaches on the beds, toilets, ceilings, and crawling out of the doors. We were told by the staff that there was nothing they could do. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! My family is looking for a refund. We got zero sleep.
