Great trip had fun good staff

Whole place reeks of cigarettes. As soon as I walked into my room the first thing I saw was two cockroaches. I ended up checking out that same day and looking for another hotel elsewhere.

It’s the only affordable accommodation near the event my family attended. Front desk checked as in pretty quickly even if we arrived after midnght. Cockroaches in the bathroom. Place is rundown.

Disappointing. Homeless people were in the parking lot. Checking in through plexiglass, was only greeted with one question then directions to the room. The room itself smelled clean and looked clean, but the ceiling appeared to have mold spots and the ceiling above the shower looked like it was about to fall through. The walls were paper thin and an individual could be heard wailing from the VERY early hours of the morning. Had I had a choice to leave I would have. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Thankfully only there to sleep for a few hours. When leaving, there was discarded watermelon and what looked like a rat trap right by the hallway door into the lobby. HANDS DOWN DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The price was reasonable and at first it seemed like a deal. Then 35 minutes after checking in we started seeing multiple large cockroaches in our room. There were over 30 large cockroaches that we found in our room in multiple areas including the ceiling, the wall, on the top of the door that goes to the adjoining room next door, on the desk with the TV and in the bathtub. These were very large cockroaches that did not just arrive. It was completely unsanitary and we were unable to reach anyone at the front desk of our hotel, we could not reach anyone on the customer service hotline number and we could not reach anyone on booking.com to alert someone and have options. Instead we had to leave and send a message to the property and to booking.com asking them to follow up with us and letting them know about the infestation and that we wanted a refund and would not be staying in the room. After driving home to Maine 4 hours away instead of staying in our room no one ever followed up with us and we had to call Kelly for 4 days in a row and finally called the corporate phone number because the individual location at Brockton Massachusetts was completely unhelpful and did not seem surprised that one of their rooms was completely infested with cockroaches and I could hear the front desk person shrugging his shoulders and yawning when I was telling Heather about this. Like he could have cared Wesley so we talked to corporate we asked for double our money back for the inconvenience and we did not get that I think we did get a refund for the amount that we spent on the room but it was a huge inconvenience and it was horrifying and disgusting so my advice is do not stay at this location because you will be eating alive by cockroaches at some point when these things continue to get bigger and bigger. This is not an exaggeration I will be posting pictures with my review if it allows me to + then people might understand how terrifying and disgusting this is to find in your hotel room. Very disappointing as far as the room itself and the customer service follow up from this experience

The floor was dirty, had dust balls all over. The refrigerator was not cleaned out and left dirty. The shower had mold growing in it. The bathroom ceiling had a hole and crack. The rooms are poorly insulated and you can hear everything happening in the hall/outside. Had to wait to be helped when arrived and left. Was charged way too much for this dive
