Housekeeping wasn’t the best and it smelled like mildew in my hallway and room.

Eggs and sausage patties could have been hotter , no potatoes , ran out of oatmeal one day . Only one elevator in entire building , long walk for most residents . Could be a potential fire hazard . If you were not on the ground floor .

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The pool being indoors was great. The breakfast selection was very good. Room and bathroom was very clean.

My only complaint is there's no microwave in the room. But overall it's a good place to stay. I had no issues.

Great room and bed as usual. Stubbed my toe on the metal doorstop screwed into the middle of the floor multiple times. Breakfast left much to be desired. Eggs and Sausage was ice cold as the warmers were never turned on, the apple and orange juices completely empty and no a napkin to be found. Not even close to the standard that I have enjoyed at the multiple Graner and other IHG properties that I stayed at. Okay with the issue as I sure it was a one off and I was only there for one night

My room was extremely comfortable and neat. However, the hallway and stair carpets were in need of some serious cleaning or replacement.
