The property was very clean! The staff(Naomi) went above and beyond.

Clean spacious room. Some of the staff were really helpful. Found a roach crawling on the sofa bed…welcome to Nee York!

I stayed overnight for work and couldn't have been happier or more comfortable! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, very easy parking, quiet room, and a great breakfast! The bar service and food options were also wonderful, so there was no need to travel off site. It felt very safe too. Will stay again and highly recommend!

This hotel is in a terrible area. They were holding a private event and the music was so loud the entire block was vibrating. They could not accommodate parking for my Tahoe. One garage required an elevator and the other fills up at night. On street parking did not appear to be easy. We did not end up staying. We talked to the front desk and they allowed us to leave and have us a full refund with no problem. Staff at front desk was very friendly and nice.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very good everything there was clean I would definitely recommend this to a friend and I would stay again

The room had several design and maintenance issues. The shower only had a half-glass door, which made it difficult to keep water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. There were also no towel racks or convenient places to hang towels, which was surprisingly inconvenient. In addition, the TV did not function properly and was frustrating to use during our stay. While the hotel was adequate, it lacked the comfort and attention to detail I expected. With a few improvements to the room amenities and maintenance, the guest experience could be much better.

All staff we interacted with was pleasant and professional but Donisha in the breakfast area was the highlight, she was delightful to talk to and maintained the breakfast area professionally. I have a bit of history in hospitality and recognize talent when I see it. Thanks again Donisha for making our trip excellent

Everything was great just update you heating and air system it's very loud couldn't sleep

This place is conveniently located, quiet, and clean, making it an ideal spot to stay when visiting family and friends. I simply wanted a night of rest and solitude, so I ordered in and enjoyed a quiet evening. Staff were friendly and polite.

Very nice rooms,cleaning staff does a excellent job.only 1 thing the air and heating system makes to much noise,I couldn't sleep.the staff was amazing,food was excellent.give everyone a raise
