TV station selection was adequate. But Fox "News" and not CNN or MSNow? Thank goodness for PBS and its fair and balanced coverage! A printed guide in the room would have been helpful, as the one on the TV was located in a different place and difficult to find.

Nothing worked in the room. No coffee pot, no fridge, no microwave. Nothing worked!! I have diabetes and couldn't keep my insulin cold.

Everything was very accessible and the staff was very friendly.\n And I would definitely return I was very impressed and would love to stay there again and thank you

I like that the place was clean, quiet. Checking in was easy as well as checking out from your phone. Overall my stay was pleasant. Thjnkibg about going back later 😊

I had booked a hotel room 2 months prior. When I got to check in at the front desk, they had stated I did not have a reservation. There were three couples in our group and we all had booked the same way. Only one out of the three had actually a reservation even though we all had email confirmations. They had stated they got bought out a month ago, which still doesn’t explain why only one reservation was still there and the other two were not. We booked the room online for a specific price and when we got there to check in we had to pay over double the price it was originally booked for. They only had 2 rooms left when at the desk so I booked right away before they could possibly be sold out. I am waiting to hear back about this issue to see if I can get a partial refund since I ended up paying over double and they wanted to compensate me with a $25 Expedia gift card. I would have booked another hotel, but it was the Cubs Brewers game and Summer fest so everything was sold out. When we were in line there were also multiple other people that were having this issue as well!

Convenient location

The hallways wallpaper, lobby area are looking brand new and well maintained. The rooms were spacious clean. My only concern is that the bathrooms need to be renovated. This was my second stay at this hotel. I thought maybe by the time I came the second time that they would’ve worked on the bathrooms. The tub area is tiled and it’s old tile with mildew grout. There’s lots of grab bars, but when you have to step over the tub to get in, it’s not really very safe. Staff were always pleasant and helpful.

Love staying here the room is big and so comfortable! I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s one of my favorite hotels. I like everything the staff is nice, the breakfast is decent, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There isn’t much I can say what I don’t like, it just this last time I stayed my boyfriend used the restroom and the when he flushed water went everywhere I mean it was flooding the room and fast!, but maintenance came quickly to stop the over flowing. Every time I stayed here never had an issue with anything just one malfunction.

Clean and very nice staff. I only needed to stay here for a night cause I live locally but id stay again if needed.

We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. There was also a smell in the hallways going up the stairs that was very pungent like something had died or sewage was backed up but considering the cleanliness of the rest of the property we figured it a simple problem that could be overlooked.

The reservation was for a two bed room but the hotel reserved a one bed room. With who was with me I needed two beds. The desk person said he could give a room with a pull out sofa but then put me in a room with one bed. 2 1/2 hrs later I had a room with a pull out sofa and it was close to midnight. He blamed all on Expedia and said I should only reserve directly. Sorry never had a problem like this with Expedia. Refused to give me a refund so was forced to use the room he had. Overall very disappointing for a national organization. Never will use them again.

The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very clean, with air conditioning, my favorite hotel, first choice every time I come to Wisconsin.

They did not honor our booking.com reservation. We had to pay 433 dollars instead of the 210 we booked it for on booking.com
