Such a comfortable bed, best sleep in a long time!

The breakfast was fresh and didnt leave you wanting. Staf kept track of when things we getting low and filled up what needed to be filled

The location was great. It was in a safe and clean area close to town and only a few miles from downtown Milwaukee. It was basic and not worth the price that was paid. The pillows for the bed were terrible. If you want any sleep and don’t want a headache in the morning, bring your own. The room is lit up like a Christmas tree when you’re trying to sleep at night. The alarm clock light is awful, the hallway lights are visible under the door and the bathroom light switch light. My husband has to unplug the clock, close the bathroom door, and put a towel in front of the door to take care of the lights. The staff were also not too pleasant. They weren’t rude, but they also didn’t seem to want to give any positive customer service. They seemed bothered to be asked any questions or to check in/out.

There was a bright green light flashing from the smoke detector over our bed. Very distracting

Everything here was amazing. Seemed brand new. Close to shopping and lots of good restaurant choices in the area. Felt completely safe the whole time. Staff was very helpful. Full hot breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had booked into another hotel which was terrible and dirty. I saw all of the good reviews about this property so I bailed on my room there and booked a stay at this hotel last minute. The staff here is friendly and helpful (I overheard another guest learning they had been helped so quickly and completely that they didn't even know it had happened!) and the hotel and room were immaculate. The breakfast was also top notch. This hotel is great. I won't stay anywhere else when I come back to the MKE area.

One of my favorite hotels in MKE!

Firstly, we were able to check-in early and after a 6 hour drive that was great. Secondly, the room was comfortable and quiet(the exception to this was the loud HVAC window unit). The location is great; being far enough away from a lot of the Milwaukee madness but close to the Milwaukee County Zoo, for instance. Coffee and hot water for tea and herbal tea was always available. The breakfast buffet was very good; everything being hot and tasty. My gluten-free fellows travelers found enough to have a filling meal. We dined outsize on a beautiful patio that sits just steps from the building. Very helpful and friendly staff. We will stay here again.
