Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee - Brookfield by IHG

We had a great stay until the end. The staff member that was working the desk was very rude and disrespectful. This left a bad taste on an excellent stay.

Nice property

Several staff members were very nice and others were down right rude. If you do enjoy your job, you should quit and work elsewhere. It is a shame that a few rude staffers is what we will remember from our stay.

Every person working behind the counter was absolutely terrible. Rude and unresponsive for absolutely zero reason. Cleaning staff on the other hand very nice. But could care less for the people working behind the desk.

It was a simple stay

The staff was unpleasant, and all seemed to have attitudes. Other occupants made so much noise that I could not sleep throughout the night. The staff's attitudes, lack of compassion, and courtesy made the stay worse and overshadowed the complimentary breakfast. Horrible experience!

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean room

We loved this hotel! Clean, great size rooms, updated rooms, bathroom was huge and the walk in shower was spacious. The free breakfast was top tier! Each day was different food and all so good with lots of options. The only thing we didn’t experience was the pool. It was small and full of kids so we skipped that (no shame in kids I have 3 of my own). We highly recommend this place.

I’ve stayed multiple times before and no issues. This time the room although clean. The next day I could tell had not been dusted in a little while by looking at the nightstands.

Breakfast was very good and the staff took good care of my daughter's food allergies

The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let us play games in the lobby while we waited for our family to come.
