Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee - Brookfield by IHG

Clean, quiet, comfortable accommodations. Will return when in the area.

The staff was all very friendly and helpful. And breakfast was yummy!

Stayed there since we were in town for a Brewer game. About a 15 min drive, with traffic, to the stadium. Room was very clean. Breakfast was pretty good for a continental breakfast. Desk staff was friendly. Easy check in and out, convenient location, and reasonable price.

The breakfast was great. We ate outside on the patio which was so cute and enjoyable on a beautiful morning.

staff was great, all areas were clean. Only problem was ac did not work in room and it was uncomfortable.. Place was totally booked and could not get a different room.

The room had no water—they usually provide two bottles—and there were no makeup remover wipes. Of all the Holiday Inn Express locations I’ve visited, I’ve never seen one this neglected. When I looked up the reservation, the room shown was different from the one I was actually given, and it was very expensive.

Price was deceiving, was charged an extra $50 for using the hotels .com app. Or at that’s what I was told it was for. While I did get a refund the whole charge was very unnecessary and pointless.

Great breakfasts

Nice place. Clean. Good breakfast.

Good breakfast. Very clean throughout. Very good location, with retail stores in the area.

I like this hotel and stay often. The desk clerk wasn't as friendly and helpful this time.

The hotel was generally clean and the breakfast, parking, and other amenities were good. However, I was disappointed with the service. There was no soap in the bathroom, the bed was not made, and the shower did not work properly. I had requested a room with one bed but was given a room with two beds. Also, the staff at check-in seemed unfriendly. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was satisfactory.

Unhappy person at check in. Crumbs in the hallway in front on my door and they were not vacuumed in the 2 days we were there.

Room was nice and clean - plenty of room, nice lounge chair. We didn't use the pool. Breakfast was actually very good. Parking was easy and front desk personnel nice and efficient.

The Breakfast options were great. The Night Manager at check time gave us excellent advice on when to leave for the Brewer game. (go earlier than you might think! Big attendance during the stretch run, so the lot access and parking can be challenging - She was correct!)

Very good

Everything was nice and clean and had all the needed amenities. Breakfast was also great as well.

The only minior issue we encountered was the front desk staff seemed somewhat distant. Not very engaging.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at.
