Room was only surface clean, can use a deep or real cleaning, especially the bathroom. First night, water wouldn’t drain in the shower. Lifted the metal plate, drain was covered in hairs. Disgusting! Carpet felt damp. With all that said, the room was tidy. Kitchen had all the basics. Room was perfect for a solo stay. Staff was really nice, pool was clean but hot, area was quiet but you’ll need a car.

I love this place for its cleanliness, friendly staff and great amenities. Beautiful view of the golf course and quiet area. Amazing breakfast choices with something a bit different each day. Kitchen in room was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals! This was my 3rd visit and will definitely stay again.

The shower wasn’t clean near the top of the tile. I should have gotten pictures, but I didn’t. I’m sure the housekeeping staff just doesn’t clean well up the walls.

This hotel was a great value. Big room, full kitchen, comfortable bed, great view of a beautiful golf course out the windows. This seemed like a new hotel as everything was very modern and in good condition. The hotel as a whole feels upscale. Could not have asked for a better room for our stay

The property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with many options to choose from. The two fire places in the atrium wasn’t working which would have been nice to sit around with the family.

This is the 4th year we’ve stayed at this property and as always, the property was clean and breakfast was nice. However, this time our room had quite a bit of rust at the bottom that clearly isn’t being addressed, and visible dust lines on the door. Also, handprints were all over the headboard. Due to the poor ventilation of the room (fan was extremely low and poor) it caused everything in the room (bed area and kitchen) to become damp, which made the headboard handprint even more visible along with other areas that haven’t evened cleaned very well. Overall this property is very nice and well kept, and this was one room out of the 4 that we have stayed in.

Great place to stay for a hotel accommodation. The staff are professional and extremely nice. I love staying at this Residence Inn!!!

Location and the golf course Too many dogs on the property and inside the hotel. You shouldn’t allow dogs in the dining area period. Not even to grab a coffee!

There was constant noise coming from the HVAC system outside, so the room that we were given was not very comfortable for a good night sleep.
