We stay here every year for state fair and was disappointed this year

We’ve stayed here a few times and have absolutely loved it, but it appears that it’s becoming rundown and un maintenance kind of felt dirty

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Great location, knowledgeable staff.

The room I stayed in was very clean. The staff that greeted me when I arrived and when I left was very pleasant. Both days breakfast was the same which was fine with me - egg/cheese omlet, salsa, sausage, bread, bagels, waffles, cereal, milk, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee. Sometimes they have cookies in the lobby near the reception counter and always have coffee & water with fruit. There is a pool. I usually don't use it unless I'm with my family. This is one of the better Country Inn & Suites I've been at and will continue to go to when I'm in Milwaukee.

Overall, this stay was okay. However, for the price, I was disappointed. I have stayed in “nicer” hotels for less than what we paid at this hotel and this hotel’s amenities were dated. Additionally, our room’s shower drain was broken and the room was not properly stocked. The staff was attentive and fixed it when we brought it to their attention but it was inconvenient and the drain not working was kind of gross to be honest.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, and breakfast was very good! We would absolutely come back to the Country Inn again!

It’s been a few years since I had last stayed here. The hotel is still nice, but it is showing its age.

Excellent hotel!

Room was nice, pool area also nice but very crowded, lots of kids. Breakfast was minimal, not a big selection for the number of people eating.

We stayed in Room 121 for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we were informed that they would not be cleaning our room on day 3 - despite that being their policy. The shower stall ceiling has quite a bit of black mold, as was the interior rim of the toilet bowl (looked like months of accumulation). The microwave was dirty, as were the area by the door handles. Exterior garbages were overflowing and guests were greeted with a horrific stench. So disappointing that this once wonderful place to say is not being maintained while still charging premium rates.

There was a broken mirror and wss dangerous as could have got cut. I bumped up my room to a bigger suite and didn't know that the room was next to the elevator room, which kept me up all night. I've stayed at country in and suites before and was not impressed this time.
