The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and clean. The food was not that great, flat pillows with no support, and no room service. We needed to put our trash and towels outside the room in the hall, and then get the replacements ourselves from the front desk. This was after we were told housekeeping would come on the third night and they never showed up for the five nights we were there. This was truly disappointing.

Room was spacious and clean. Room had a kitchennet area with a sink, microwave, and refrigerator that was very convenient. It also had a full sofa bed. The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing. Very happy with our visit!

Facility and room itself was clean. Elevator carpets were worn and dirty however. Suspect there are a number of construction folks that use this hotel. very adequate breakfast. I stayed in the suite and it was spacious and comfortable. As as usual, they don’t necessarily clean the room every night. Our stay was one week and unfortunately, when we asked for the room to be cleaned, twice, it was not done. Bit of a hassle each of those days. Staff tried hard to remedy this.

Needless to say, I will never stay at the Country Inn & Suites again!

We have stayed here a number of times. It is located right where we needed a hotel and has a large two bedroom room with a very good breakfast offering. This was the same again. However, we had a good size wet spot on the floor of our room, the shower drain was partially plugged and there was whet seemed to be concrete or mortar debris in the hallways and on the elevator. I just hope the maintenance and cleanliness are not being overlooked.

Pool was slimy and poorly maintained

If you have kids, I would be very leery of this property. They have a policy that states no one under 21 may be unattended anywhere in the main areas. That means that my 18 year old could not walk down to the car, or get a bucket of ice, without being questioned by staff. When I asked why they have the policy, they stated bc you cannot rent a room if under 21 and there is a restaurant connected. It seems the only way to enact a policy like this is due to either past problems that were either out of control, or due to poor management or lack of proper controls/staffing. It was very odd to me and left a very unwelcoming feeling. That aside, the property maintenance was probably a 6 out of 10. The carpeting was worn, stained and dirty. Frankly it was gross in the elevator and something you would see at a 1 star hotel. The actual room was a 6 out of 10 as well. The bathroom looked like it needed updating. It was clean but everything very “worn”. I know everything is not perfect at hotels, but whatever rating this hotel receives online, I would immediately rate it one level down. If price is not an issue, or there are similar options, I would explore your other options. I never leave reviews like this, but thought it was worth sharing as I think their management team needs to take a close look at the property. I travel to the area frequently and will look elsewhere in the future with the hopes they straighten things out.

Clean and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good for the typical continental style.

This was by far one of the worst places that I've stayed, the staff were very rude, very disrespectful, and my dad a sense of racism and profiling as well. My son is autistic and for some odd reason the staff member (Jolie)thought it was okay to come into the pool area and yell at random as if she was the lifeguard on duty the maintenance staff snd the front desk clerk all while walking in and out of the building with a lit cigarette in her hand, there's no cameras to tell anything, when I attempted to report it to management they just took her word forward and the day continued as normal, we found that quite weird when we and other families attempted to bring matters to Management's attention they more or less took it in one ear and out the other and you seen them more or less siding with her in agreement gossiping in the back what she did was totally okay. We don't plan on returning we stay for the weekend and that was enough we stayed in our room and left for activities and amenities. Trust me when I say there are better properties to stay at in this area, in fact on either side of it and directly across from it, you'll thank me later

Really disappointing, room not clean at all, and extremely expensive $100 dog fee. We left at 3 am it was so bad, kept smelling smoke (we think people were smoking in their rooms) and people smoking drugs outside the exit door close to the building, it was a very terrible stay.

The breakfast was sparse but I am not blaming the staff who manned it. The woman there was trying hard to get things to the buffet area, but perhaps it was not planned for in advance the night before, as things should not have been completely empty by 7 a.m. (i.e., bagels, english muffins, bread). This was a weekend when many things were going on in Milwaukee. It would make sense to be thinking ahead on what is needed for those staying there. The hotel is well located to get to any restaurants that are appealing to you. Easy access from the Interstate as well, which is one of the reasons we stayed there.

Room was clean.

Nice size room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average. Overall surfaces in room were clean but was badly in need of deep cleaning. Carpets were stained. Ice machine only dispensed a few cubes each time we tried it.
