Exceptional

I hop and Applebee's was in the same adjoining building, so we didn't have to drive anywhere to eat,and real easy access to I 94.

The staff is very helpful, friendly, and courteous. I didnt eat breakfast but the coffee in the room is decent. The restaurant serves great food with it being a unique combination menu of Applebee's and IHOP..

Don't stay at this hotel it's terrible and the owners are liars

Location was good. Lobby was nice. This is an outdated hotel, everything seemed damp. The fans in the rooms were very loud and the curtains were old and some of the furniture was old or at least looked old. The outside entrances (except for the main door) were not well-maintained, looked like no one cared to keep them up, and they didn't look secure.

It was dirty and needs a lot of upgrades

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool area only to arrive, after prepaying for our stay, to find out the pool was closed for 3 weeks for maintenance. An email communication would have made all the difference. What a disappointment. Do better.

Every Shower the water was cold!

It was comfortable and the rooms got cold. Pool and hot tub were both closed also that I was required to pay an additional $100 deposit after I had prepaid for the room still have not gotten the deposit back yet either. The front desk guy sounded mad when I told him I booked it through a 3rd party site

I liked that the I hop and apple bees is connected In the middle of summer I was expecting the pool to be open not closed, for some BS excuse that work was being done. There was no workers around the pool and the pool was full of water crystal clear , it was just closed to be used for some BS excuse.

Solid room. Had an Ihop and Applebees attached. The pool and hottub were out of order though.
