The only thing I didn’t like, was that the pool was closed!
-
The pool/hot tub wasn’t working. Which is why we booked the hotel in the 1st place
-
Checking in was easy and the room was clean
-
No hot water in the room and tv did not work properly. Pool was out of service for no reason apparently.

Awful stay. First waited in line to check in for over 20 mins, the line didn’t move, so we left to get to our event and decided to check in when we returned. When we got there then late in the night, it still took very long. Supposedly the computer said all the rooms were dirty, so the worker was going to check each room. Then put a/c did not work. The pool was out of service. Only had two towels in the room.

Great location and surprisingly quiet. Helpful front desk team member found us an early check in room so we could make the game on time. Pool and hot tub out of order - otherwise perfect!

As avid Brewers fans, we have stayed at this hotel multiple times — I am sad to report that it’s going downhill quickly. Some of the staff are wonderful and accommodating, while others seem to do the bare minimum. We went to a game on Mother’s Day and the hot tub was coned off. When I was expressed to the staff that we really wanted to use a hot tub, she told me it worked, and to go ahead. So we did. No issues. Fast forward several weeks later, hot tub is still roped off but this time the entire pool is closed. TVs in room did not work. Static. Our cousins were in the same hotel and they didn’t even have a tv, only a bracket. Most outlets did not work, and the final nail in the coffin was no AC in my room on the 6th floor. Staff couldn’t figure out how to connect the thermostat to WiFi and told me I would have to deal with it. 77° at check in. And 82° when I woke up. My daughter slept in the lobby. I got up at 5 and slept in my vehicle for a couple hours. Milwaukee was very busy this weekend. There were no other hotels available, or I would have requested a full refund. They discounted the room to $100 from $312 + $100 incidental but my family was miserable. The Cubs/Brewers series is a rivalry game, so several people in my party went to the game, but several of the moms/kids looked forward to hanging out at the pool/atrium, having some drinks, and watching our kids. Instead we had to find something else to do, which ultimately led to spending more money. Disappointing.

I am very disappointed with the price I paid for 2 nights. They advertised this amazing pool on site and the pool was closed. There was no notification prior and the pool was one of the reasons I wanted to stay here. When I woke up the second night to get ice there was throw up outside a room and it took the staff almost till the afternoon to clean it. The ihop/applebees service was awful. I was told 10/15 minutes and waited 30 and just decided to leave. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The cook walked off the job Nothing
-
Hot water barely got hot even after 10 minutes. Pool and hot tub were closed and was not listed on web before reservation. We chose this place mainly for the pool and hot tub so that was very disappointing
-
Also, the hidden fees using Hotels.com made our 2 day stay cost quite a bit more than going directly thru the hotel. Will not be using this platform moving forward.

The amenities were all not working the whole stay. No pool, no hot tub, no hot water and no wifi.
-
Clean, staff was nice A/C didnt work well, tv controls were difficult.
-
No breakfast available at all Service & food availability at the ihop was horrible at a maximum

My "pool view" room (that I didn't request) actually just looked out on a hallway. I wouldn't recommend rooms over there because the atrium over the pool made the whole area very humid. The pool was closed for maintenance, which I really wish could have been shared with me at booking. The stairs by my room were not marked at all, and only opened to the outside, with no way to enter and use them from the first floor.

Not so positive: hot water wasn't working, had to take a cool shower. Temperature in the hotel outside of the room was too warm. Temperature in the IHOP/Applebee's, which was attached to the hotel, was also extremely warm, uncomfortably so. Pool was unusable due to maintenance, though no one was working on it when we were there.

Pool was close no a/c in the building restaurant was terrible

Unfortunately our stay was not one to where we would come back. The pool and hot tub were down for the weekend, the room was not fully cleaned- but due to short staff. The one positive thing I will say is the lady on night shift was so understanding and her hospitality was great!

Room #1: broken door strike plate was busted like someone kicked in the door. Room #2: no broken strike plate, but remote didnt work except to change channels, vanity light didnt work, and the USB chargers had only 1 or 2 that worked. * No Pool 'unfortunately' so no hot tub. * Internet 'can be spotty' - nope - 95%non-existent. * Could not connect my phone or iPad at all. * Not one of the hand sanitizer stations worked. * Ice machine was not working (although- not sure that was a bad thing) Would not recommend.
