Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

Hotel is safe and in a good location, with a large mall nearby, and several national chain restaurants.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the room was for the price we paid. We will be staying here again.

Our bathroom sink drain didn’t work so the water filled up. The room was as expected, just an older hotel. Our room smelled like cigarettes when someone smoked near. We got woken up by the housekeeper at 8:30am when we only stayed one night and obviously didn’t need room services.

Great place to rest. The hotel was very peaceful and guess were courteous.

Everything was great

This is an established hotel that recently remodeled all the rooms. I like rooms with a new bathroom shower. Their clubhouse is not as fancy as other hotels and offers limited service.

Breakfasts are good Location is close to shopping center

A great place and I’ll most definitely be coming back very soon.

Very tired and in need of renovations

I've called, chatted and was ignored, text and no response. My stay was terrible, cable off, placed on handicap accessible room, no towels, stated a charge for fitness room, no swimming in pool, no ice machines working, church conference no discount on breakfast, air out for 2 hrs, power outage, etc

They don’t offer drinking water too

Do not stay here!!!!!

The rooms were dirty, shower wouldn’t drain, pool was cloudy. Breakfast was supposed to be included, because we were staying as part of the University and it wasn’t. Check in wasn’t ready at 3:00. Expensive and not worth it. Go next door it looks nicer.

Close to American family stadium and great place to stay. Comfy beds

Pools were out of service for the whole weekend

We had to call the front desk just to get basic towels. We requested four bath towels but only received three towels and two washcloths. The bathroom was also frustrating to use because the shower drain barely worked. Water pooled around our feet, leaving us standing in ankle-deep water throughout the shower. To make matters worse, the entrance area smelled strongly of marijuana every time we walked through. Between the lack of maintenance, poor housekeeping, and unpleasant conditions, this stay did not meet expectations. I would not choose to stay here again.
