Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

My wife and I came to town for a Brewers game.The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a little small, but was adequate for the 2 of us. Lots of parking. We really enjoyed all the different restaurants that were in the he vicinity of the hotel.

I would have given this hotel a 4-star rating because overall my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the property itself was clean and comfortable. However, the bed linens were a bit of an issue. The fitted sheet was too small for the mattress, so it kept slipping off and rolling up throughout the night. I found myself constantly having to pull and tuck it back in, which made it hard to fully relax. If that small detail were fixed, this would easily be a higher-rated stay.

Great hotel

Late one morning we asked the front desk to deliver new sets of fresh towels to our room. We were sure they would be. By 6 o’clock, no towels were delivered. I went back down to the front desk and waited another five minutes. Eventually there were delivered. I was disappointed.

Very chill hotel

I called ahead of time to ask if the outdoor pool was open and was told it was. When I got to the property the outdoor pool was closed. The indoor pool made me and my kids ill. Extremely unclean. I believe hotels are supposed to be smoke free and the hotel reeked of marijuana. The hotel barely has staff when my family needed something I had to go to the front desk to get it. The property itself is not properly maintained. I have a 4 and a 6 year old and this property is not kid friendly

Not my favorite

Swimming pool outside was closed. .. Not our favorite ..

Hotel is older and the updates rushed or in progress. The outside emergency door that was supposed to be locked was not locked or armed. The room had no remote. No one answered the desk at around midnight (had to unplug tv).

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool was very nice!
