Room wasn’t clean

Easy parking and nice room

Amazing hotel for the price. So close to everything. We walked right next door to the mall area. Several nice restaurants. Indoor and outdoor pools great for the kids. Hotel has nice restaurant and bar. Convention center set up is great.

My only problem was the restaurant breakfast buffet charge of $20 for Friday and Saturday, but the Sunday breakfast was a reasonable $15. Too bad it couldn’t have been the inexpensive each day.

It was a bit concerning at first when we initially arrived because the room across from us had the door kicked in. We had trouble using the room key cards to get into our actual room as well and actually needed assistance from the front desk because the door was really sticking. Despite these things it was super clean, smelled nice, looked nice and tidy, very spacious room. It was a lot more pleasant than other places. Would definitely book again!

Location based on our final destination west of Milwaukee. Asked for handicap room, retired veteran, with open shower. We got a tub room. Opening door to room, I had to ram the door just to get it open. When it closed automatically, it did not close. Finally, put my shoulder into it again, and it would close. The worst part, the door to the room could NOT BE LOCKED. The locking bolt would not engage. I called the front desk, they called engineer, he came. Fixed the automatic door so it would close, but could not fix lock. He told me I could still use the fold out door stop on the door...but there is a 2" gap when the fold out lock is used on the front door. He said nothing he could do for the night...so I slept in front of the door on the floor, since my door would not lock. Told front desk again, they offered to move us...but my son fell asleep since we drove all day from Michigan . I would have to wake him up, re-pack all our stuff, and unload all over again...at 10pm at night, I was too tired. I am also a bonvoy member. I have never stayed at a hotel and not felt as unsafe as I did there. When u take over an old property...make sure its safe and repaired properly before you allow folks to stay there.

Clean, easy and bar was nice

Excellent top notch service. Font desk team is there to help out with anything that you may need and are very professional, on the ball and really care about your experience. Location is perfect, just a short drive amd your downtown. Great comfortable room, smart TVs and an awesome restaurant and bar. They boast an indoor and outdoor pool and very nice workout center. Very quite and a nice view too! I'd highly recommend this Hotel for business or relaxation Thanks Staff!

I’ve booked with this hotel a few times , this is the first stay where I book through Expedia and they are making me add another card on file. When I expressed to the front desk clerk she expressed that it’s there rules and I would get a full refund. Upon arrival we asked if we could get a bathtub because my fiancé had recently had surgery and can’t stand for long periods of time they told us they couldn’t make any accommodations so we took the room, we also tried to use the pool and gym but they keys codes didn’t work, we had to wait for guests who were leaving to let us in. This morning we’re trying to see if we can pay for breakfast in person since I thought i booked it through Expedia they expressed that they couldn’t saying it had to be already on reservation. I expected more from Marriott as I have been staying with them since I was a kid . Overall I rate the experience of our stay a 4/10 . For what we paid we did not get the experience we wanted or anything they claimed they provided

Nice rooms, nice hotel, convenient location

Small rooms beds bathrooms pictures make it look a lot better than it really is.

Power went out first night cable went out the second night ate at the restaurant one night and the service was awful. All in all was not a great experience.

The staff was absolutely on their game and did a great job welcoming me to the hotel. Both pools were open and exercise room was great. They have a full service restaurant and the food is great. Some people complain about having to pay for breakfast but Ill pay the 20 bucks with tip anyday over some of the crummy continental breakfasts Ive had in the past. Room was updated and bed was very comfortable. There was a nice seating area and perfect workstation. Smart TVS so you can stream Netflix and YouTube. Heating and cooling system is on a thermostat and is accurate and quite. Nice Bathroom with smart mirror and very warm shower. I'd recommend the hotel considering it has all the creature comforts and staff is there working hard to make sure that you have a top notch stay. Any questions or issues and they are the best at making you feel like they are happy to help! Also given the excellent location located right next to I94 and many great restaurants, bars and plenty of recreational activities. One example is Whirley Ball in the mall next door...super fun!
