Embassy Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield

The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were spacious. The room seemed clean, at first glance, but when we opened up the sofa bed it was full of crumbs. There were also some maintenence issues, like sharp nails poking out of the bathroom door, the faceplate in the main door jam was loose, and the toilet did not flush well.

Lobby was clean and inviting. Staff was friendly. Room was perfect size for our family of 5. Breakfast was chaotic and a lot of things like plates, cups, and silverware took a long time to get restocked.

Staff greeted as we came in, check in was easy and fast. The room left something to be desired. Right when you walk in a big stain on the carpet in the middle of the room. The bathroom mat was sopping wet from a previous guest I believe. The shower curtain liner was missing completely. When we drew the curtain closed we discovered a big wad of gross hair or something on it like it wasn't cleaned or even inspected. The ceiling tiles were stained. Overall one of the worse maintained hotel rooms I've stayed in, in a while unfortunately. For the price paid I was disappointed.

Liked the friendly staff, the place it was self was not the cleanest place. Trash outside people’s door, spoons and fork in the hallway and tooth dental floss picks on the floor. Breakfast was good, and rooms are big, the hallways have a smell that wasn’t pleasant. Don’t think I would stay again. It’s ok for one night

This was a very clean and well run hotel. Everything was better than I expected.

The room was spacious and clean. The property is older but not in a dirty way. The plumbing is slow as other reviews noted. The breakfast was excellent and the evening reception had a nice variety of snacks. The staff was very friendly. The location is very nice. It was close to a couple of malls, not far from downtown Milwaukee and in a safe area. We will definitely stay again!

Great place to stay with the family! When you’re traveling with kids, you have to look under the beds to make sure you have all your stuff, I would recommend housekeeping not skip over that area!

Love this hotel. Very clean and great staff and great amenities. Stay here whenever I come to Brookfield.

Put me way in the corner away rom ppl, had leftover food in fridge, took forever to come get, rooms had big flying bugs with big wings, looked like flying spiders tbh. Only gave enough towels for 2 ppl for 2 days but came on that Saturday and swapped out face towels only no dry off bath towels. Honestly, the worst embassy I’ve ever gone to and I’ve stayed at plenty.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff, breakfast and drink reception was wonderful and helped to bring our party of 12 together. It was easy to meet our group in the lobby to visit. Breakfast was a nice addition. We liked the complimentary drinks with cheese, pretzels and crackers available around 5:00 for a quick snack. The furniture could use a little updating, but the beds and towels were comfortable. Thank you for a nice stay on a busy weekend.

Matt is the best bartender- he put up with my drunk ass! Lol. Great breakfast, clean room.
