Clean rooms, comfortable beds, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful and spacious atrium lounge, and wonderful breakfast.

Everything was amazing about this place. The staff 10/10 no doubt. Recommend this place. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Staff were very responsive to our concerns regarding the minor room issues. Breakfast was standard continental. For someone traveling with dietary restrictions, it was a bit lacking but doable. Overall, a decent place to stay.

Breakfast excellent. Evening reception a nice touch. Staff( Connie) very helpful in getting some phone/internet issues ironed out. We will come back!

The room is dated overall - carpeting and upholsterey were stained and old but the bar and washroom were good overall - well stocked. Fitness room was supposed to be 24 hr but since it was only accessible via the pool we were only permitted by select front desks attendants to use it after 11. Thanks L!! The connection to the pool is not very efficient since the heat from it caused the fitness room to be too warm and the floors were too slippery when crossing over the pool deck. Lastly there was no one at the front desk when we left at checkout.

Other than that, Staff ( Lawrence) was outstanding!!

The rooms are very big, clean and have everything you’d need. The breakfast was wonderful but very busy. The location is convenient with lots of food choices nearby, as well as shopping. Its proximity to Milwaukee is wonderful too.

The breakfast was wonderful with fresh cooked to order omelets, and hot food with sausage, eggs, potatoes, pancakes, French toast and make your own waffles. The cold items were cold with fresh fruit, yogurt, milk and juices. Lots of hot and cold cereal to choose from. They need more staff to keep up with stocking the food, cups and plates. We had to wait for cups and when they did bring some out they were gone within a few minutes. The evening reception was really nice with complimentary drinks and snacks. The fresh fruit ran out within a half hour from opening. But then they brought out chips and buffalo chicken dip, and when it was gone they brought out more chips and taco dip. They also need more staff for this as they ran out of plates. The swimming pool was cold so my kids didn’t enjoy it and were out quickly.

Everything was top notch. The employees are very personable and helpful.

Breakfast never fails at Hilton properties

Staff was attentive and helpful. Room service is hard to find these days and it was nice to have. Bed was really comfortable and the suite units are a nice size with nice amenities. We will stay here again when in Milwaukee.

Room service was limited. There for 5 nights, never had bedding change, waste baskets emptied. First day had to ask for clean towels but they came every following day. Happy hour very nice. Couldn’t make Bloody Mary though. Would have been nice to have it open some mornings. Very quiet even with being close to filled on weekend with summer fest and brewer-cub fans. Staff friendly and helpful when needing assistance. Overall good experience

Highly recommend this one. The breakfast, bar and staff are great. The rooms are so well maintained I just wish I could stay longer.

The person who checked me in was not friendly. That didn't give me a great first impression. However, everyone else I came in contact with from concierge to housekeeping to bartenders were great! The texts asking how things were going annoyed me. It's a clean hotel with many restaurant choices nearby.

It was great except for the clogged shower drain and less than efficient toilet.

Excellent stay but staffs are poor In hospitality especially front desk

Place was beautiful. Breakfest was good.

Don't stay here. Room wasn't cleaned, no shampoo, breakfast not good.
