The central locational was ideal for our day outings. Staff was 100% respectful of my need of a service dog.

It is a nice property in a very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping Amelia was very accommodating and went out of her way to meet our needs. She is a true asset to your staff.

Over all our stay was very good. We were disappointed , however, that there was no maid servicing of our room while we were there. The bed was never maid up, towels were not replaced, coffee, tea and cups were not restocked.

Stayed here multiple times, breakfast is great, rooms are great. Pool was closed early Saturday also which was a disappointment because its the highlight of our kids stay.

The staff was very accommodating and generous with their kindness. I had a couple of special requests. Easy parking. great breakfast and reception included.

Facility was great Staff member Liz K treated my guest very inappropriately and ruined my entire experience. Was accused of having illegal substances and having the room over capacity. When cops arrived we was proved to be innocent of all accusations and was still kicked out of room early. I will not be returning as I feel the staff member Liz K had racially motivated attempt in lying on me and my guest.

I wish there was a sign indicating where the ice machine is on the first floor. I have difficulty walking and looked around for it and finally went to front desk. They were very friendly and explained it was all the way down the back hallway and in between the glass doors going outside. It is not easily visible so unless you were actually going outside you would have no idea it as there.

Hotel itself is in need of renovation. It is an outdated style and many of the finishes are showing its age and ware and tear. Room size was fine and beds were comfortable. Pillows could use an upgrade. We had a family of five staying and there were only three towels and no bedding for the pullout. I had to call twice to get those extra items just so my son could go to bed. Breakfast was good with a good amount of choices and fresh omelets made to order. Overall, it wasn’t a bad place to stay, but not up to par with other Embassy Suites I have stayed at before.

Our pillow sheets had red sauce looking stains on them. It looked like they tried to wash the stains out, but it was still kind of off putting. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

The room was clean. You could stock your bar with better varieties of wine and beer. We understand the free drinks can’t be top shelf but for the guest who like and are willing to pay for better wine there were zero choices. Breakfast was a big disappointment, the fresh cooked omelets are usually good, not that this location.
