Breakfast is fairly weak.

“Plumbing leak” and did not get notified (they said they tried). Did not have any available rooms. Sounded like there were a number of people not getting notices. Ended up walking about a mile at midnight with luggage to another hotel.

This property was exceptional, there were many eateries to choose from. Location was perfect for site visits. The hotel staff was professional and knowledgeable about the area.

We were promised an early check-in at Noon and agreed to a $20 early check-in fee to secure it. We were told to call the morning of to remind them of early check-in. We tried for 2 hours, but their phone system was down, so we could not reach them. Upon arrival, we were told we could not check in until 3pm. We were the only ones there, but they said they had to clean one floor at a time, starting at the top floor. Asked if we could have a room on the top floor once it was clean, and the response was no. We were told we could get ready in the lobby bathroom. I had a group of girls getting ready for an event. We scrambled and found a different hotel that could take us right away, paid more, and canceled our reservation.

This is my second stay at a Fairfield in the last week, one in Michigan and this one. Both locations I could not watch Netflix because TV would not load anything. I was able to sign on to my account but after that it just spun. Same issue in both locations.

The location The room had hair in the tun and we had to switch rooms because the toilet dis not flush. We were given 2 twin beds for my husband and myself which was nuts.

Everything was fine. Perfect stay

We had extra charges added at checkin, but no explanation fir what these charges were for.

Quiet, new building, nice accommodating staff! Nice facilities! Little out of the way but very quiet and great parking for free!

There were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns. The shower head was not functioning properly, and there was a vacuum attachment left beside the bed, which raised questions about the room’s preparation. The most disruptive issue occurred in the middle of the night when a light in the room began flashing. It woke me up and made it impossible to get back to sleep. With my daughter having an early game the next morning, we needed to be up at 6:00 a.m., so rest was important. When I contacted staff around 1:00 a.m., the suggested solution was to bring in a ladder and cover the light with duct tape. That was not a reasonable option at that hour, especially with a child asleep. As a result, we had to pack up and move rooms the next day which was a major inconvenience. Overall, this experience was disappointing due to the lack of preparation, maintenance issues, and the inconvenience caused during an already busy and important trip.
