Motel 6 Suites Milwaukee Brookfield, WI

Great for a budget friendly option, was cleen, felt safe, staff was great. Just a little out dated feel but no real complaints.

Check in was terrible it took over 30 minutes. I am taking into consideration that they just got a new computer system which can be difficult. However the 3 customers in from of me were all told that they over booked the rooms. The poor gentleman in front of me was told the same then they worked out a way to get him a room. Shortly after he checked in he was back at the desk stating there was someone in the room they gave him.

Nothing! When we got to hotel, they had overbooked the rooms and we did not have a place to stay. We ended up driving 3+ hours home after a long day! Not happy at all!!! Not sure if I will use booking .com again to book a room

We liked the location, nice area We used booking.com ,when we went to check in the clerk said their was no room for us, anyone who booked on line was over booked ??? The clerk was rude and didn't help te resolve the issue, the hotel already too my money !! So what do I do now I'm out $140. I spent 1.5 hours in a parking lot looking for another room spent $255. I'm pissed

A/c wasn’t working. Toilet paper holder was broken. Got our keys and the room wasn’t ready. The tv didn’t work (may have been the remote). Hot water took forever. Not a single drinking cup in the room. Garbages outside were all grossly full. So disappointed. Never again!!

Had a kitchenette, but no utensils, plates, cups, etc. Zero. And I overheard a lady ask the front desk for a "kitchen set". Desk guy said he would get her one. She said that the lady from the previous night said the same thing and she never got one. I have nothing against people needing to stay long term at a hotel, but gosh could you make it a better experience for them? Their life is hard enough.

My stay was ok except my room wasn’t clean I had to wipe it down myself it still had food and hair on the counter from the previous people. No towels were really in my room. And people walked the hallways all night going in and out of rooms knocking on doors.

The staff was nice however the facility was not clean. The floors were horrible, and there was a bedbug in the first room was told that there was no rooms that they could relocate, but then they found one and was told the manager would credit my account and never happened.

10 dollar housekeeping fee was a bit odd but other than that the suite was really cozy

The size of the bath towels were too small. The refrigerator was turned up too high and was too cold, I adjusted it though.

No house keeping. They to an additional 85 follars in.fees and never returned the money to my account. I did not break anything, nor did I use there appliances. So It looks like I am out 85 dollars not damaging there room. They were to add 2 dollars a day for extrav electricity used for there appliances. If they don't have room service and don't ryou too.eturn their deposits this country happen too

They had a kitchen WITHOUT any utensil. No ice tray or ice machine . ice bucket. You could not get new towels until you brought the old ones down. Towels were ripped, torn and paper thin. We had to take our our trash out or they charged us $10.00 every time they emptied it or brought towels to the room. They at least could have had utensils and an ice tray in the refrigerator.

Terrible place, first off they said they were over booked and had no rooms available even though I booked 2 months in advanced so I had to pay 3 times as much to find a different hotel. Then they had the balls to change me a no show fee even though I showed up and was turned away so I contacted them and they talked to me like it was my fault, and I never received any kind of apology or refund.
