Courtyard by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek

Very clean newer hotel that seems very well maintained. Small rooms but clean and excellent condition. Nice fitness center and underground parking included.

Such a cute hotel with so many different lounge areas. I had 3 kids and we had fun grilling on the patio while we played bags and later watched the World Cup games by the fire. A really nice atmosphere and such a nice hotel. Staff was friendly, rooms were perfect. Definitely a must stay!

the hotel was clean and well staffed. The rooms were spacious, clean and bed was comfy. only downfall was the bar closed at 10 even at the weekend.

We were in a room on the third floor and air conditioning did not work. We did have to move rooms in the middle of the night but other than that it was a great stay.

We liked having the parking garage beneath the hotel. We could hear the flushing of toilets frequently from upstairs rooms. We joined the Marriot Bonvoy club and were given a ticket for 2 free drinks. The bartender was late and when he showed up, he almost ran into me but did say, “sorry, I’m late”. He proceeded to take care of the people in front of us, but when another couple showed up, he took care of them first, before us. We left, frustrated and disappointed! We were not happy that there was no complimentary coffee. When we went to the Starbucks within the hotel in the morning, we tried to pay with a Starbucks gift card and were denied. We made coffee in our room one morning and the next morning the coffee cups were not replaced. We were frustrated again. Even though the room was generally clean and taken care of, our stay there was generally dissatisfying.

Outdoor lounge areas on first & fifth floors are great. Both had great seating and large gas fire pit. First floor also had outdoor big screen TV, Weber Grills guests could use, and bags game.

. It wasnt much better With the AC set at 76, the fan never shut off all night. We will not visit again until we can sleep in a quiet room. My wife and i had the burrito breakfast. They are tasteless. This was poor quality. Coffee was terrible. You can do better.

This was an excellent hotel and a pleasurable stay for my family. Shout out to Gwen at the front desk for being so personable!
