Close to Texas roadhouse Room was good

The staff at this location were fantastic. So kind and helpful. The room was so full of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room that I felt ill during my entire stay.

The room seemed clean, but musty smelling. Mix that with the multiple heavy smokers that live there and we had to use a lot of air freshener. The floors turned our feet black, so they were not as clean as they seemed. The refrigerator didn't work, but the freezer did. Our room 101 was pretty quiet until we tried to sleep and then the entry door would open and slam shut so we were awoken multiple times in the night.

My room was clean.

I am enjoying my stay, I extended it once and will be extending it again. No complaints at this time

I slept excellent-great pillows and bed. It had everything I needed with 2 tables for work, chair, tv, and fridge/sink. There were only outlets vs an additional USB plug ins which would have been a nice addition to modernize the room. The hallways looks a little beat up with black streaks, likely from carts or luggage.

Looked nice Reception was clean

excellent, heater working properly, it seems room poorly kept as far as repairs needed

If you are sleeping during the day do not have rooms that are close the the main freeway which seems to be like 80 feet from the building. It’s much more quite on the other side

Easy access No dishes in the mini-kitchen, no Kleenex, no back up toilet paper ( only 1/4 full), mattress high in middle & low on sides

It wasn't as bad as everyone said it was gonna be

The location was close to our venue Very dirty hallways, stairwells and our room

Location They don't participate in the amenities that is listed no dishes in room and no coffee or anything to snack on in the mornings dishes are an up charge not standard

Needs maintenance. No desk clerk after 9 pm. Has gone downhill in the past 10 years. No dishes. Only has two cheap plastic cups. Would not stay there again.
