Area it's in The shower handle was broken. We drove 22 hours and just wanted to take a hot shower and sleep but the bracket holding the pipe was broken so the enitre system moved alarmingly. We asked about it t he first night they said they were fully booked s they had a bunch of rooms offline due to issues and would fix it while we were out the next day. They didn't leave notes and it wasn't repaired. We got back and had to talk to someone else to get the shower fixed. They replaced the handle but couldn't do anything about the bracket holding all the piping in place and we were told just to use carefully. Yhe room was also super damp. So much so that my books I bought started to get damaged. We tried changing the air temp leaving ac off or running full time leaving the vent in the bathroom on but nothing helped. We have stayed here before as it's in-between families but I don't think we will again. Will pay more for better cared for rooms.

Reserved king bed and was a queen. So was the second room we reserved for my mom. No hand towels to dry hands. Kitchen area but no amenities. Just empty cabinets. No soap shampoo nothing. . We paid $180 per room for this wreck of a room. Rundown. Garbage outside overflowing and stinks. Hot water in bathroom sink just trickled out and took forever to get warm. Was not impressed. We stayed her a few years ago and was nice. Really went down hill. My mom had meds stolen from her suitcase too. Don’t recommend.

The room was so full of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room that I felt ill during my entire stay.

The room seemed clean, but musty smelling. Mix that with the multiple heavy smokers that live there and we had to use a lot of air freshener. The floors turned our feet black, so they were not as clean as they seemed. The refrigerator didn't work, but the freezer did. Our room 101 was pretty quiet until we tried to sleep and then the entry door would open and slam shut so we were awoken multiple times in the night.
