The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was very good. The hallways were a little musty smelling, but overall a very nice place.

Everything was wonderful and quiet! In a good area, felt safe and was a nice place to hang out when not doing activities.

Jessica was extremely friendly and helpful with a dinner suggestion for us. We really enjoyed our stay, and would have stayed longer if our travels permitted.

Convenient clean and very accommodating love the late checkout at noon

A nice property but hard to find, Even GPS was confused. Did not find the bed all that comfortable. Breakfast was just OK. Room could really use an easy chair. Even the disabled like to get out of their wheelchair. At least ther was good water pressure in the shower.

It was great!

I will book it again if I come back to Wisconsin

I booked this hotel for my daughter and her friend, who are both 19. They were attending a music event in Milwaukee and drove two hours to get there. When they went to check in, the person at the desk said she had to be 21 to check in. She called me to inform me of this, which blew my mind because she’s an adult. I was two hours away and couldn’t get there. Thankfully, my cousin lived close enough and that she was home so she could go check her in. After doing some research, it doesn’t state anywhere that the customer has to be at least 21 to check in. Unacceptable. But, on a positive note, they loved the hotel, it was comfy, the breakfast was great,

Our room was small, but had everything we needed. Staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was good but could have used one or two more options. Our tv was cutting out often during part of our stay. I enjoyed the shampoo/body wash they provided. The property was clean and well maintained.

Room was modern and clean. Common areas were well maintained. I used the gym and was pleased with the machines and equipment. The free breakfast was great and included pancakes, eggs, breakfast meat, and a variety of other items. Location was ideal for my visit. I will stay at the Tru by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield the next time I am in the area.

The room was absolutely lovely. The shower was amazing!!! Breakfast was very good and lots of healthy choices!

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable and the amenities in the hotel were fantastic. They had a nice breakfast in the morning and the staff were very friendly.
