Wouldn’t give bill at checkout saying it would be emailed. Never got bill. Room did not have a pen and note pad which was expected

Very clean, staff was wonderful! Very friendly, very accommodating.

I loved the hotel and amenities. Second shift man was very rude, 9/8/2026. The hotel says pet friendly, and I left to go to dinner which was not that long and the man calls me saying he heard my dog barking. So I said ok here I come, about 5 minutes later he calls back and says actually you guys have to leave. Now it was me and my fiance and 2 teenage kids already comfortable and unpacked because we booked 1 whole week for vacation..... it was 9pm. He made us leave over my small chihuahua barking m, her bark is not even that loud.

The room was great with the kitchen and divider curtain for added privacy for our group of 3 plus our dog. Pool and hot tub were great. The breakfast that was provided was not that great. Mostly heavily processed foods and substitutes. Processed eggs, turkey bacon, chicken sausage and plant based chicken tenders... Items were often empty and area very crowded. Not very elderly friendly set up with only one set of elevators no matter where your room is. My friend had a lot of trouble walking the long hallways to get to the elevator and our room.

Decent hotel for a short stay. The pullout sofa was noisy and not very comfortable. The breakfast was limited on hot items (egg patty for sandwich was rubbery) otherwise cereal and bagels. Having the pool hours be open till 11pm was surprisingly late but since we didn’t use it, all that happened was we had large noisy families with young kids running up and down the hallways shouting very late. Likely will stay at another hotel when we return to the area to see our son.

Room was very nice. Perfect for a family with plenty of room. Big shower, comfortable beds

Overall nice room but repaving the parking lot on the State Fair week eliminating half the parking spots not a good idea. Very nice property, will be back next year.

Loved our room on the first floor this trip. Clean and convenient to everything including the ice machine breakfast buffet and lobby entrance. Will ask for the same room every time from now on!!!

Samuel at the front desk was great. Available to answer any questions we had. The room was very clean, larger than I was expecting. I was not made aware of the $100 incidental fee. I didn't see it anywhere on the website either. I've paid incidental fees before but it has never been that much before so it surprised me when it was that high

The stay was nice. The guy at the front desk that checked me in on 7/11 4pm was nothing but nice to me and my children.

.when the kids went to shower from being in the pool. The bathroom was not fully cleaned. Had stuff in shower from previous occupancy. Other then that it was a great stay. Will come back . Just upset it wasn't cleaned properly.

I stayed in a king suite on the first floor for two nights. I woke up to ants in my bed both mornings. The sheets were dirty and had hair and stains all over them but they tried to hide it by making the bed. It was damp in the room. The hot tub was closed. Staff came in to yell at the children in the pool once they did open the hot tub Friday night at 8:35pm. Shouting in my face. I took my kid to the room after that because that’s not okay. This was the worst stay at any hotel I have ever stayed at.
