Loved our room on the first floor this trip. Clean and convenient to everything including the ice machine breakfast buffet and lobby entrance. Will ask for the same room every time from now on!!!

Samuel at the front desk was great. Available to answer any questions we had. The room was very clean, larger than I was expecting. I was not made aware of the $100 incidental fee. I didn't see it anywhere on the website either. I've paid incidental fees before but it has never been that much before so it surprised me when it was that high

The stay was nice. The guy at the front desk that checked me in on 7/11 4pm was nothing but nice to me and my children.

.when the kids went to shower from being in the pool. The bathroom was not fully cleaned. Had stuff in shower from previous occupancy. Other then that it was a great stay. Will come back . Just upset it wasn't cleaned properly.

I stayed in a king suite on the first floor for two nights. I woke up to ants in my bed both mornings. The sheets were dirty and had hair and stains all over them but they tried to hide it by making the bed. It was damp in the room. The hot tub was closed. Staff came in to yell at the children in the pool once they did open the hot tub Friday night at 8:35pm. Shouting in my face. I took my kid to the room after that because that’s not okay. This was the worst stay at any hotel I have ever stayed at.

Solid location!

We stayed at this hotel to attend a Brewers game. It was close to the highway and was easy to get to/from the game. We did not utilize the pool. The room was clean and it was nice to have a fridge and sink/kitchen area. Breakfast had a variety of items, not a lot of area to move around when there was multiple people up there. Parking was a bit limited but could be due to when we went since the Cubs were in town and Summer fest was happening. Overall a good stay, safe location.

This is a good, clean hotel. We were there as part of a big sports team and staff Rose was very helpful to all in our group. Have stayed here before, and will continue to stay here when in the area.

I was amazed at the size of the room. It was huge for a 2 bed room. Plus their was a full kitchen, huge bathroom and enough storage space for someone to live in.

Nice & clean They tried to charge my card for carpet fee when their was already a stain on the floor in the room
