Residence Inn by Marriott Milwaukee Brookfield at Poplar Creek

Very new property, clean and the staff was very helpful. The tap water taste is very poor but that is part of the greater Brookfield area.

Hotel is great, the room was clean and spacious with all necessities considering the kitchenette. Only small issue was that no bedding or pillows were provided in the room considering we had two children staying with us but reception did send somebody up with this on request.

The room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

Very safe location. The rooms felt like home. Beds were comfortable. Spacious rooms, clean and all the convenience you need. Breakfast was not cold. They did give options of turkey sausage in case you dont eat pork. I esp liked the private parking in the garage for guests. Nice sitting area with those beautiful fireplaces! Can't say enough nice things about this particular location will be telling friends and family. Will be returning! I did request an earlier check in and was never responded to. Maybe work on earlier check in options 4pm is kind of late, esp when flying into town without a car. Not my case but still too late of a check in.

Beautiful spot for unwinding at the end of the day with a gorgeous view in all directions!

Friendly staff Disconfirm of sleep extreme itching while trying to sleep in hotel bed

Business trip. Convenient location. Easy parking. Spacious room.

hotel was fabulous. clean and accommodating.

Everything was good except the housekeeping never can to my room to clean. I asked the front to have my room cleaned, housekeeping still never cleaned. I got to my room late, and the front desk rep being me fresh towels at 1am because they never replaced my towels

I paid through Expedia and was charged again at check in. The manager hasn’t called me back yet And it’s been 5 hours since i called.

Excellent

The room was clean and very confortavle. Breakfast really delicious.

Very comfortable room with kitchen, helpful staff, great breakfast. Would highly recommend.

I’m picky. Very picky. I approve

Great new hotel!!

Nothing, this place was amazing

Clean room

Loved the room, pool, laundry area, breakfast, bistro, but housekeeping was poor. Came in on Friday, left on Monday. I was told housekeeping would come Sunday, I left around noon & checked with the front desk that housekeeping would come. She called them and said yes. Came back around 5:00 and nothing was done. Towels piled up, garbage etc…the 1st day also no body wash I had to ask for too. Finally sent a kid to pick up trash etc but forgot to leave any bags. Front desk informed numerous times.

Dolores in the front reception was fabulous! The breakfast was very good too. The bed was also very comfortable, and the room was good for the pets! Nothing

Great hotel! Room was spacious and reasonably priced. Short and convenient drive to the Brewers game!
