The ironic thing, there is a sign at the desk that says something about “making it right” - that’s laughable at best considering the response I was given.

Beautiful facility. The cookies at check in were delicious and a pleasant surprise! The gentleman checking us in was awesome with a great sense of humor. That we didn't stay long enough to be able to use the pool and hot tub.

The property was spacious, clean, quiet, and safe No complaints

The room was clean and spacious staff was friendly and accommodating will stay again.

The hotel has plenty of parking and near many places. The staff are nice and communicate well.

The bathroom was the biggest concern. There were visible dark spots and what appeared to be mold in and around the shower, including along the lower areas where water collects. Overall, the room did not feel properly cleaned or maintained. The staff interactions I had were fine, but the condition and cleanliness of the room made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay at this location again without significant improvements to the rooms, ventilation, and housekeeping.

Nice room. Good breakfast. Rushed at breakfast. Also charged for $6 we're not sure what that was about.

Excellent amenities, space, cleanliness. Facilities (pool, gym and dining area) were great. Very restful. Good location.

Great place to stay

Mostly everything was fine. I've been staying at this hotel for the past 4-5 years when I come back for a visit and it is looking a little worn in the rooms. Maybe needs a little update.

I always stay at this location, specially because it is well maintained , great amenities, and the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly

I thought the hotel because it was a Doubletree was gonna be much nicer Everything felt damp and full of humidity in our room especially bedding. It’s just not a great feeling when everything feels kind of damp. We were looking forward to a nice plush king bed, but it was horrible. Felt broken or broke down. I think the frame and mattress were totally shot in our room and I don’t think the room should be booked with a bad impact condition. It was very disappointing.
