Welcoming staff and wonderful warm cookies upon arrival.

Check In was easy and simple. I’d give it a 4/5 for upkeep (paint, flooring, etc). 4/5 cleanliness due to it not smelling like a fresh hotel

The bed was great. Room was ok. My complaint was that there was a large group of people who were there having a family reunion or something for the 4th of July.... And they basically tailgated outside the front of the hotel all weekend. I had to walk my family through clouds of pot smoke and loud, obnoxious people to get inside. I could hardly believe the hotel allowed this.... The hotel definitely knew because they were literally right outside the front desk. Then the morning crowd at breakfast was the same. We opted to eat somewhere else. At night the pool crowd was the same, so we didn't swim or hot tub. Amazingly, our room was quiet and we slept pretty well, which was the point of our stay anyway right? But we smelled pot as we walked through the halls and definitely when the party was happening 2 nights in a row outside the hotel's front doors. I don't know if this is a regular thing or of it was the holiday, but I was not impressed and will never stay there again even though the location was good.

But the cleanliness and experience It was “okay”. The cleaning was okay, it wasn’t horribly gross but it wasn’t super clean either somewhere in between. The hot tubs a perfect example there was like black smears in the walls of the hot tub. There was bug corpses in the pool area. There was an earwig in the sheets with us. But the tub was clean and the shower head was nice. I misunderstood the breakfast part did not realize it was 15 dollars person per day. Luckily they have a fridge and a microwave in the room so we made it work. Over all okay is all I can give it. It wasn’t bad, but I was disappointed a little. I’ll probably never stay there again.

Find one of the desk personnel very rowdy, rude
-
Bathroom door wouldn’t close due to hinge not secured well enough. Mngmt said was unaware of this. Hard to believe no one else would’ve not reported this

Breakfast is a bit of a let down considering what you pay for it.

Convenient location, pool and breakfast included. The pull-out sofa was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in it. We had asked if housekeeping could please make up the sofa while we were out but they just left the linens as there weren’t any in the room.

There was a long wait for check-in, as no one was stationed at the front desk. Their server didn’t show up for breakfast. Some of the hotel was a little dated and the updated portions were not done professionally. I pay a little extra to stay at Hilton with the expectation it will be a little nicer and a better experience than the average. Also, personal pet peeve but no exhaust fans in the bathroom which is nice to have when staying with a family. Not a terrible stay but just disappointed.

The location is great, with major highway access. Multiple restaurants within close walk / drive. The room was comfortable and amenities nice quality.

El cuarto muy grande y limpio y el café delicioso

We had dinner in the hotel and it was good. Not too loud so you could talk in our group of 12. I did not use the pool or hot tub due to lack of time but the kids in the pool loved it. Parking was plentiful on Friday but Saturday night, the lot and hotel was pretty full but we found a spot!

Cleanliness of room, easy check in & checkout, staff was very friendly, & adequate parking.

This was the nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time! Only one downer observation, the breakfast buffet was not very good. But it was our choice to eat there as we on a time constraint.
