A nice lovely airy clean room with friendly staff. The block a little sketchy, but the neighborhood old school Brooklyn with tons of food options two blocks from the subway. Uncomfortable pillows. And hallway carpet smells like mold
-
renovated, well connected to Manhattan, large bathroom, good breakfast. Affordable price for NYC neighborhood isn't the best, breakfast room is way too small, no room service in 3 days (even when they said it was every other day)
-
Literally turned into a shelter and did not let me know. Couldn’t stay there and didn’t figure out until we got there. Was completely unhelpful
-
the location, it’s close to everything I grew up around the bathroom door in the room..swings outward and doesn’t allow for much circulation from the AC
-
Breakfast was bad the service was not great. The location of this place was very scary. Alot of people that were not staying in this place were coming in thru the back door very scary. Place not being secure
-
Very clean and big double bed room The side street had people play music all night until morning, I didn’t get much sleep during my stay.
-
nothing they are scammers

It would have been nice to arrive at the hotel I'd booked with Booking.com and which booking.com had confirmed to find it still operating as a hotel instead of arriving late at night with my son in downtown Brooklyn to be told the hotel had been taken over by the authorities and is now operating as a shelter leaving myself and my son alone at night after a 22 hour train journey in downtown Brooklyn with nowhere to stay. THAT would have been nice. Booking.coms complete ignorance to every one of my complaints failure to acknowledge me or my situation , not a wife of an apology and the fact that I am now £300 plus out of pocket due to booking.coms failures.

We had a room on a high level facing Manhatten, so we had a lovely view! The room was of a decent size, the bathroom was nice, clean and comfortable, and the air conditioner was working well - which was a lifesaver in the heatwave of this summer! A short walk to the subway station, making the location rather convenient! The staff were very friendly too, that's a bonus! The neighbourhood didn't feel very safe, especially during weekday nights.. so if you're staying there just be careful y'all!
-
They took my ID for verification and did not return it with keys, I forgot and they did not come back to me to give me my ID. Manager responded and mailed me the ID when I realized, post office lost my ID I had to request a new id!!
-
close to metro and walking distance to prospect heights the neighborhood is rough… people in the night smoking weed or asking for money in the surroundings of the metro station
-
Bed and refrigerator The breakfastroom were not open, breakfast to go. And the place shut down mysteriously before our last nigth and we had to evacuate. No info why. Scary.
-
Nothing to about this ugly place. The parking is full of people smoking marijuanas. There is a sign in the parking saying: ¿we¿re not responsible for loss of your vehicle and belongings ¿. Marijuanas smell in the lobby.
-
clean no smoking

The location was good for food. The people that was playing music all night behind the building. My room was in the back and even with the windows closed you can still hear all the noise. The beds wasn’t the size they said they was on the website , and they couldn’t make any accommodations for the things they have on their website.
-
The hotel has no lobby, and the breakfast they say they offer it is just coffee on a cart at the entrance
-
The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable The location wasn’t the greatest
-
2. They collected USD 150.00 deposit upon arrival even though i paid for the whole amount for the stay already upon check-in 3. The breakfast included in the booking information was not really a breakfast, it was just a snack that you have to get from a small table in the lobby and bring into your room to eat.
-
suitable unpleasant night reception. breakfast served in a hallway with horrible products. the worst they charged us 150 dollars for keeping our suitcases for 3 hours the next day. hotel to avoid ABSOLUTELY
-
The location of this stay made me not expect much but I was pleasantly surprised. Found hair in a towel I was going to use.
