This hotel was perfect very affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful. They are still under construction, but it did not interfere with our stay. And it looks like it's going to be beautiful when its finished, "Would definitely stay here again

Our room had an excellent view of the fireworks on the 4th of July! We found an excellent place for breakfast called Ange Noir, just 4 or 5 blocks away. There was plenty of free on street parking and a subway stop nearby.

Fridge/ac wasnt working, switched to a different room and still not much difference

The rooms are beautiful and the balcony amazing The perverted skinny room cleaner. It a female is in the room , he’ll offer to clean no matter what The lady Sam at the front desk really has no social or emotional awareness. She tells the other employees to charge extra just so she can pocket the cash. I don’t even do this but book the hotel and check her out yourself . I stayed their for 5 days and each day she treated us worst

We stayed for 4 nights, the only positive to mention is that the bed up on the loft was comfortable and it was close to the subway. There were unfortunately so many more negatives to mention. Our room constantly smelled of cigarette or weed smoke from a nearby guest? It seems like they have renovated with cheap contractors or DIY themselves. Faucets were loose, grout was messy and moldy, shower leaked, desk on the wall was falling off, and lights were not properly installed. The couch downstairs was heavily stained but we asked for extra sheets to cover it all up. We put up with it and made do since we were only there to sleep. But if you want a place to come back to relax this isn’t it.

Looks nice in pictures but the room was kinda messy. Door handle hanging on by a thread.

The location and the view is great The bar closes to early

The staff was super friendly and accommodating! It was located right in the middle of the bushwick scene. Looks industrial on the outside but the room was super cute w floor to ceiling windows.

When I checked in the lock for my door would not lock from the inside is a very unsafe place very dirty and it smells like a mold. I was done given another room with the same issue. The lock would not work. I asked for a refund and I’m still waiting for a refund this place should be shut down.

Unprofessional staff and management

Nothing Stayed here a few times and it has gone downhill bugs and flies and gnats all over coming out of the drain etc hot water was barely warm bed was supposed to be queen size clearly a full not enough room

It’s definitely a budget hotel, photos provided are a little misleading. The good things about it are the private balconies in the rooms, the train station is only a block away, and they don’t charge a deposit upon check in. The hotel and room itself were clean but I would rate it 6/10. Toilet seat was lose, bathroom door may have needed some oil to open and close properly. Lobby seemed out of date and I had no interest in seeing the bar. They at least stop the bar music by 10pm which is good (my room was right next to the bar so it was LOUD). I’d say if you need a cheap place to stay and only plan on using the room to sleep/shower, it does the job.

If you arrive late at night and you have bags make sure you call the hotel so they can turn on the elevator from the street level . The hotel offers complimentary coffee and water .

Drawers were broken, multiple doors with no handles, smelled weird throughout the building.
