No off street parking. Had to give a card for incidentals even though my company pays extra so I don't have to do that.

Terrible experience. My plane was diverted to Dulles due to a storm at jfk. I tried repeatedly to call and reach someone to tell them I’d be delayed. I tried from 10 pm to 9 am the following day and no one picked up. When someone finally answered the next morning, the said my room had been given away and i lost my 4 day booking that I had paid for in advance. I asked for a refund and it was declined and the staff treated me like I was annoying instead of with any sympathy. I had to pay for another hotel. It was very disappointing. I was also disappointed that management never followed up and called me back.

Great experience. Plenty of parking around the hotel. HOtel was spacious and overall clean. Could be a tad bit cleaner for my liking but wasn't bad. In good shape and well maintained. Was quiet and no road noise. Little bit off beaten path but good loc to venues, restaurants. WOuld stay again

OK, let me start out by saying this is the cheapest “NICE” hotel in the area.. it’s a nice spot if you wanna go between Brooklyn and Manhattan (which is what me and my friend did- we’re also coming back here in November for a concert in Brooklyn) a 10 minute walk to the subway, which didn’t even matter because we were grabbing some breakfast on the way (Kelloggs diner a must for cheap bfast) honestly, you can’t expect a five star experience out of places like this.. but it’s also not a fleabag “motel” a little rough around the edges, need some obvious maintenance, but nothing major.. very hot water and a big shower, which was nice. Can’t really ask for much more. It’s not like you’re gonna spend the whole time in their own room. It was clean enough to sleep in… not spotless, clean enough to sleep in though, I’m just used to some horrible motels from my “crazy day” but I liked it- (I heard an older couple complaining at the front desk about it being dirty.) to them it probably was to me. It was totally fine.. My friend is kind of like a Germophobe- if it was really that bad he would’ve said let’s get another room.. the staff were helpful whenever we needed new linens or towels. run by a very nice Indian family.. me and my friend are very well traveled, so it was kind of like they just gave me your card and it was up to you to find the room we got lost almost in the laundry room lol. But you’re in Bklyn and you’re 20 min from manhattan.. most important is a hospitable host

Lovely clean hotel in a great location. Sam was extremely helpful on reception with my booking, arranging late check-out, luggage storage. Very professional.

Upon checking into the room, I noticed the room temperature was warm, I looked at the thermostat, it read an error message but I didn’t worry about it because I was leaving out. Later when I arrive back at the room, I notified the front desk that my ac was not working l, the receptionist said she would send one up to fix it. Someone came up and deemed the ac unable to be fixed at the moment so man gave me a key to move to a room on the second floor. I moved to the room and immediately noticed a couple small flies but I was tired so I didn’t complain, I just laid down to rest. About 10 mins after laying down, I heard a sound that sounded like someone was trying to enter my room with a key. I got up from the bed to open the door and a couple was there using a key to enter the room. If I had not used the security lock, they would have walked right in, which could have been a very dangerous situation. They said they had just been given the key from the front desk and then they left and I assume went back to the front desk.

As soon as I got in my room I walked into a 86 degree room. Which felt like hell considering it was already almost 100 outside. I gave it 10 minutes to cool and it did not budge, I told front desk they said someone would come. I waited another 15 minutes and had to ask front desk again. When maintenance finally showed they thought a portable ac was the answer... immediately no. I asked to be moved and was told no. I contacted the hotels.com to help and only then did they change me. In the second room however it had a broken toilet seat and a missing TV control and the front door wouldn't close on its own. Now I knew what I was getting and I wasn't expecting a 5 star hotel but at minimum the basics should be there. Honestly just skip as soon as you walk in you realize what you got yourself into.

Nova Hotel Brooklyn was a very convenient hotel for my wife and me as we were attending a show in Brooklyn under the K Bridge. It was a short Uber ride away. The hotel was clean and had a cool rooftop with a nice view and bar. The surrounding area doesn't have much (very industrial), but we felt safe regardless. We were lucky to get street parking, but if not, they partnered with a garage a block away. There was a barking dog in the room next to us; however, we only heard it for a little while until the owner came back. Overall, the hotel was good for the one-night stay we needed.

Building just open for anyone to come inside. Our first room had no way to lock it from the inside. Bed was so hard. Our room looked like it had a “light cleaning”.

I would never have booked this place. The neighborhood is terrible and the hotel is not well maintained. Pets barking with hair everywhere in the room.
