Nova Hotel Brooklyn

Location is good, super close to the L train. Good food and bars nearby. Easy parking. The hotel feels a little run down and could use some updating. The bathroom door is ridiculously hard to open, think bank vault meets plate-glass door. Water takes awhile to heat up, but it’s fine. The staff is very nice and helpful, and if you’re looking for a short stay close to the train, it has everything you need.

The people who work here are amazing. So nice, so helpful. Just that the bathroom door was so heavy, difficult to pull open, I scratched my foot with the corner of it while pulling on it to open. Was a weary traveller I didnt ask to change rooms. I'd stay here again. If the other rooms dont have this issue

Nova hotel Brooklyn is by far the best hotel to stay in while in Brooklyn their staff are exceptional and just amazing

I was shown a room with a deck only to receive a room with a balcony. I was charged for the room with the deck. It was false advertising.

I booked this hotel to be close to Family and because of the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, due to flight delays, I didn’t get to experience the rooftop bar so unsure how it would have been. The hotel has obviously been updated at some point but not very well maintained. Slightly unusual scent, bed was not very comfortable, and the pillows were extremely hard. There was a very large and beautiful balcony, but no true view given the location.

I could not stay because it false advertised. So I concealed my reservation upon see inside the facility.

AC didn't work this time around but besides that love the hotel, we stay often & it's just everything i could ask for. Want the prices to go back down haha

It was ok. The handle of the shower came off and the leg of the bed was bent and I kept hitting my foot on it. And there is NO street parking and the parking garage they have a contract with is the worse.

I always enjoy my stays at this hotel! The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which makes every visit feel comfortable and pleasant. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained. I’ve had a great experience every time I’ve stayed here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with wonderful staff. I look forward to staying here again!

All my expectations were met. Great room and view. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to many local restaurants and recreational venues. I’m definitely staying here again.

Staff was super friendly. Location was much better than I thought it was. Would definitely stay there again.
