Nova Hotel Brooklyn

Very clean and helpful staff

The balcony only had one broken chair and we had to ask for a second one twice.

The entrance was a little sketch. Empty room with stairs leading up to the lobby. There was a loud beeping sound as soon as you get into the door. There were marks around walls of the room. No cleaning staff came in to just handle the minor things around the room. Walls were very thin. NOT horrible but not ideal.

Well worth it factoring in the lower cost + close proximity to subway.

Absolutely gorgeous. My first time staying with Nova and I will be back. Property was clean, and smelled amazing ! My room was spotless and the balcony was trustworthy. It even had an electrical outlet. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable

No signage to find front desk which is not on ground floor

This hotel is modern and fairly comfortable. The front desk staff was courteous, professional and prompt. However, this is a fairly new property and you can already see wear and tear all over the place. I'm guessing it's due to management saving on personnel. Hotels get a lot of use and require constant painting of surfaces, repairing fixtures, and all around endless maintenance. It is clear that this hotel, while new-ish and nice looking, was built on a budget, the furnishings are flimsy, and it is already showing lots of wear and tear. That is not only sad, it's unacceptable at the price point. Also, the balcony rooms are only useful of you're a smoker because they overlook a rusty steelyard and a truck depot.

Im glad to find an excellent option in Bushwick. The hotel was clean, comfortable and convenient. Bathroom was large for nyc standards. Loved the balcony and the awesome view. It was great to have a fridge and microwave. Coffee and tea in the lobby is nice. I enjoyed a couple drinks on the rooftop. Easy check in. Steps from the L train stop Morgan. The bars and restaurants nearby are amazing. Excellent grocery a block away. Best part was the staff. Responsive and helpful. A+ stay.

Great staff, clean room - neighborhood not good for walking or restaurants at night, but a good launch visits elsewhere.

It was incredible as always. Great neighborhood and location near east side.

Good rate at the time of my stay, the hotel is very clean, the rooms are a decent size and quiet. Rooftop bar is a nice bonus Not too much nearby (walking distance) for food I enjoy

Very convenient location!

This property was in very bad condition. Not well maintained, poorly, cleaned, and underwhelming for what it was represented to be.

Property is not what is being advertised. They have no gym and they have no parking garage. The elevator on the main floor was not working from day of arrival for a couple of days. If I wanted the room cleaned, I was told by the staff I had to notify them. The room was semi clean upon arrival. The balcony was full of leaves and dust and my view were two warehouses. The staff was not very helpful. I had to have my key card reset several times during my stay. The bathroom shower rattled like it was going to collapsed. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They lied about their amenities. People are giving this hotel 10/10 reviews, I don’t believe these reviews are legit.

Sam was great when we stayed there the beginning of June2026 and we decided to return due to her pleasant and helpful customer service August 2026. The bathroom is gorgeous but the door makes a noise. Van and Angela Henson
