Hotel Indigo Williamsburg - Brooklyn by IHG

Everything was as a hotel stay should be. Extra was the incredible shower.

Roof top pool and restaurant was an excellent feature. Onsite parking.

The housekeeping and maintenance staff were very sweet and helpful, but the shower had drainflies, soap was not working, floor was very scratched up. There were four of us but only 2 towels. Pool was not operational one day (unexplained) and the other day after five minutes we were told it was closed to be cleaned at 10am. Why not wait until checkout time at 11? Kids can only be in the pool from 8am to 1pm.

Loved the location. There was a handful of friendly employees. But most seemed miserable to be there. Now the shower was friendly and felt like a head spa. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair so soft. Drinks at the pool were tasty but the food was mediocre compared to the price. I suggest Kellogg’s dinner on the corner instead. Then the worst part that ruined my last day was a fire alarm testing that started right after I asked for a late check out. Other guest told me they were warned minutes before check in. I was never told this scheduled nightmare was gonna happen. They should have offered a partial refund. Ears were ringing long after and got a headache. I would have stayed some where else to avoid that. Trust in their customer service has been broken. Poor management.

Towels very thin and tearing apart. Beds were hard when compared to other hotels. Breakfast didn’t have gluten free options. The rooms and the facilities were good and the location is excellent. Everything was clean.

Good location. Nice, clean rooms. The front desk was a little slow, but I know they had a big event at the time.

Easy to find parking in the area. In the heart of everything. Beautiful hotel and got amazing sleep.

Water leaked all over bathroom foor everytime we showered Mini fridge didnt work with I mentioned on my forst night and never had a response or remedy. Blinds did not close all the way the noise was nothing to the early morning sunlight. But not bad for what was paid. Would stay again, if I needed to

The Hotel Indigo sits in a neighborhood with plenty of dining options, bars and coffee shops. Is right on the L subway line with easy access to Manhattan, and without all the noise and crowds. Its a great setting to wander in and discover neighborhood gems. The staff at Indigo is very helpful and responsive. The room is fine, bed is lower than most and the bathroom was nice. The only downside is there is no free breakfast, which I generally expect at most hotels.
