Hotel Indigo Williamsburg - Brooklyn by IHG

Everything was great except they would not let my children at the pool after 1pm. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and the kids, so that was a huge bummer.

This place was a pleasant surprise. My flight was cancelled; I needed a hotel for the night. I booked this one, and it was good. My phone did not work in the room; the reception was bad.

The staff was helpful and went above and beyond when we had a special request. The pool dress immaculate and the staff was kind and service was attentive to our family.

The staff was very helpful moving us to another room when we kept hearing a repeated loud noise in our room. Amazing location with lots of good restaurants and bars around, subway stop close, cool view, and the pool was awesome.

Honestly loved this hotel. Staff are so friendly and helpful but in a low-key way - shout out Chandler. Facilities are excellent - pool has sun all day and has a cool vibe. Gym is great. Rooms are a great size and have everything you need. Location is perfect. Close to shops, food, bars, subway is 10 minutes to Manhattan. Cannot fault this place I will definitely stay there again. The only thing we didn't love was the coffee pods and machines in the room but no biggie, we just ordered cappuccinos via room service.

A/C did not work for the last two days, it was very hot!! I booked adjoining rooms for me and my kids and did not receive them, had to take two rooms that were close but not adjoining which was a problem with a 9 and 5 year old, phones not working, cleaning was basically just doing the beds.

The property is a bit rundown since our visit 2 yrs ago. Our standard room was small. No reading lights by the bed.

Location was great. Room was comfortable. The room fridge did not work. A\C worked great. Sink was clogged but fixed quickly. Staff were helpful. Floors weren't very clean and rugs in room were filthy.

Room was clean upon arrival as well as every day during stay by housekeeping. Staff were really friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Great overall experience.

Loved the pool and easy access to everything. Needed to ask for room refreshes.

Elevator was beyond slow. Room service was supposed to be until nine. I called at 8:20 and was told the kitchen was closed. Extremely disappointing.

Great location right off of Rt 278 if you are driving and there is a paid parking lot. Subway stop at the corner. Quick walk to shops and restaurants.

Was Great

Very reasonable with space for clothes bathroom had a great shower head with plenty of hot water. Air conditioning was difficult to regulate temperatures.

The music was too loud at the pool
