The area is very noisy at night. We had to use a sound app to sleep. We also had a ‘Roomie” room which is the largest size. The room was very small. No closet. Tiny table with one chair. Tiny nightstands.

Was good
-
Beds comfy, rooms dark, so good night sleep was easy. Our shower did leak a lot of water out onto the bathroom floor and the set up meant you couldn't keep a towel there, a small annoyance. Staff all very friendly.
-
Clean, with a nice vibe in a great part of Brooklyn. Be aware that the rooms are small, but the lobby area is large and welcoming, offering a great place to chill or work.
-
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and suitable for solo travel. However, there was no hot water at "busy times" which is a bit of a surprise given the hotel's reputation and price.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Clean and simple but very cozy and tasteful. The location is great. You get a very nice view of Manhattan. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was very small but had everything you would need. For a long stay with 2 adults and 1 kid it could get too crammed but for a 2 day visit it was enough. There are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants in the area and public transportation is close by. Take the ferry it was breathtaking.

Great location.

The location is great for a family. Walking distance to parks (one block), restaurants, coffee shops, shopping areas, etc. Property is cleaned. Restaurants on-site are delicious. Staff were cool and nice at the same time; somehow this combination works here. My supplies were not replenished during room service such as coffee, mugs, and milk. I called in to request two times and they bring them up quickly :)

Our stay at the Hoxton was convenient, restful, and memorable. The location and property were all that we needed during our stay and were thoroughly impressed during our trip.

Clean Room

Air conditioning did not work. Had to sleep on top of covers and did not have any towels in bathroom. Disappointment for the money. These are basics. Also, no convenient parking.
-
This is the only place we stay when visiting New York! Beautiful hotel…impeccably clean and stylish. Lobby and bar have a great vibe and we always spend time hanging out there before or after activities of the day. Staff is always welcoming and friendly.
-
The hotel was just okay. The room itself was extremely small as is the bathroom in the room. There were two of us that stayed in the room and we barely fit. The shower leaked a lot all onto the bathroom floor so be aware of that. The curtains on the window were dirty and ripped. The hotel is nothing special.
-
Im picky. Everything was great, but the size of the room was just too small.
-
My stay was excellent! I had the best matcha at the hotel too.
-
The Hoxton Williamsburg is very mixed. The first big issue, aircon. Room aircon goes down too easily in summer and it affects an entire floor. But they won't move you unless you kick up a bg
-
Air conditioner wouldn't go lower then 76 degrees. Maintenance found the problem but after sevrel attempts couldn't repair it. The hotel personal was willing to give me some compensation as thay did others but because I booked through Expedia I have to ask Expedia for compensation. We woke up sweaty.
-
Great view from room and tiny but beautiful place with great food. AC was broken when we arrived in hot July day and communication was poor about fix timing and solution. Most of staff was kind and helpful overall.
-
Nothing.
-
Good vibe with open bar/cafe area. Good location. Nothing.
