Housed in a converted 100-year old factory, the 69-room Wythe Hotel is located on the Brooklyn waterfront. It's industrial character has been preserved and some rooms still showcase exposed brick walls. All rooms boast 13-foot high, original timber ceilings, windows and heated concrete floors. Some rooms offers a view of the New York City skyline while others offers guests a peek into the Brooklyn and Williamsburg neighborhoods. Le Crocodile is the hotel’s ground floor restaurant, and Bar Blondeau is the hotel’s bar located on the 6th floor. Bar Blondeau offers small plates while Le Crocodile serves breakfast, lunch and dinner consisting of French eats. Locally sourced ingredients are used for the meals. A private dining room is also available. The North Williamsburg stop for the East River Ferry is 2113 feet from the property.

We loved everything about this hotel except the costs! The rooms were beautiful, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the food for incredible. A special mention for the pastry chef, who is plainly a genius. The room was expensive, but we expected that. However, the bar and restaurant was incredibly expensive. Think Michelin star prices in the UK. For example, had we not booked breakfast beforehand (please do that!) it would have been almost $50 for the equivalent of a UK "Full English". Having said that, the food was absolutely incredible. literally everything we tried was first class with lovely servers.

Location and staff...Bathroom nice and good shampoos and soaps. Rooms are very basic and AC stops and starts too many times, instead of staying on and cooling the room. The bed was squeaky.
