Nothing good to say better just don’t say anything

No ac in two of the hotel rooms I booked and no ability to change for 36 hours

This hotel is in a good location most off the staff is great but at the rooftop bar the bartender lot off attitude and not so great . Also very rude I had a vip pass one off the staff jus grab it when I ask about it at the rooftop also saw some things that are very not so nice seeing how they treat guest at the pool

Excellent hotel! Co-workers and I stayed here for a week and everyone was very happy. Beautiful rooms, very clean, kind helpful staff, great food, nice lobby restaurant/bar, super cool rooftop bar, perfect location, and incredible city views! They just really need some seats, benches on the arrivals level.

Everyone was wonderful and great with Service and Staff to management of Cleaning and Pool Staff
-
Clean and comfortable (for most part), they could do a better job of the floors, my white socks turned black. Hotel was overall nice and super convenient location. It does seem more like a party-hotel so be prepared for late night noise. I stayed on a Tuesday night so it was fine, but a weekend stay would for sure be lively.

Stayed last year and this time was awful for the money. I don’t think the staff was interested in hospitality. Dirty tiny room slow service and slow elevators
-
Would've been nice to have lounge chairs as hotel guests but it was hard to manage how to reserve the chairs. Pool was too cold to enjoy but overall the rooftop was amazing.
-
Very nice place to stay with an amazing view. The room is good, not noise at night but plenty of events happening there. It feels alive which is pretty nice.

Always a good experience when we stay at the Arlo, it is our go to hotel when visiting NY.
-
Pros ; Close to everything we wanted. Club. Brunch. Bars. Cons; Small bed and facilities. No ice bucket in room stunk. Staff was talking about guests who called the front desk with issues while other guests were standing there which was unnecessary. Got a table at sungold to eat and drink but service was slow and never brought us water. We got a dirty martini with no olives ? They also told us we have to leave by 5 for an event. Odd !
-
An unbelievably bad experience. This place is much more interested in being a day club than an actual hotel. The guest experience was absolutely terrible.
-
No refill of coffee by housekeeping through a three night stay. Receptionist was asleep on the front desk when I left early morning for my flight. Room was very noisy in the night from street noise. Simply not as good a stay as previous times.

This place was amazing I stayed over night for my special person’s birthday the room was so nice and clean the rooftop pool party was great I recommend this hotel
-
I really enjoyed this hotel and they have the best bartender who made me such a good cucumber martini at the rooftop. She needs a raise. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel again.
-
Extremely loud music by the pool from 3pm Have to book sun bed even if you are a guest - lots sat empty even when “booked” Chargers / switches broken in the room V dirty windows!

Great hotel
-
location was great - staff was great, and the pool was an added bonus The rooms are small as you would expect in NY. Would be nice is there was more shelving in the bathroom to store toiletries and a place to store luggage. The bed was slightly too low to slide the suitcase under, and there wasn't a luggage stand or really any place for an open suitcase.
-
Construction right outside the hotel (narrow street) so you could hear everything from the room at 7am.
