Everyone is so friendly, it creates a truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kudos to the staff!

The hotel vibe was very cool. The front staff were nice and helpful. The main complaint for me is that you still pay for amenities that you don’t have access to. Of course they can’t control weather or large parties, but be aware the pool, rooftop bar, and restaurant may not be available to you. Some information on the website is not accurate so call ahead to ask about room service or special items you see on the restaurant menu. The rooms are clean and really cute, they just don’t function well. The closet has one tiny bar to hang all of your clothes. The bathroom shower overflowed water on the floor. There is only one hook to hang anything in the bathroom and very little counter space near the sink. Bath towels are kept in the foyer closet outside of the bathroom due to lack of bathroom storage space. Make sure you don’t forget it so your room mate doesn’t have to bring it to you. It was too cramped to get past the foot of the bed when someone is sitting in the desk chair. I climbed over the bed. At least it was clean

You can’t beat the location and quality for this price! The facilities were nice as well I liked the gym it had a lot of equipment and the working area was super helpful. The staff were extremely kind as well! Nothing

Room was clean and well kept. Expensive for the size though. Housekeeping staff left our door open all day. This would normally not be a problem but the elevator is not key access so theoretically anyone could have come in. When brought to management they said “sorry, we will let our staff know”. Mistakes happen but it’s lucky nothing was stolen.

Beautiful hotel with a great outdoor pool & bar area, located in a very cool area of Williamsburg. Short walk down to the water and some amazing sunset view points, as well as so many restaurants & bars. The penthouse suite (a surprise and very appreciated upgrade) was absolutely incredible! Super comfortable bed and 2 large outdoor private patios, perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city The staff were fantastic, particularly Allison & Kent at reception thank you so much for your help and kindness! Nothing!

Staff are lovely and location is great. Very comfy bed and rooms at back are super quiet. Pool is shut as are all the lovely areas around it, leaving very little communal space. We booked for the pool and this was a huge disappointment. There was no information in website to warn us of this. There is also no breakfast so the booking.com info is just wrong on this. Rooms are tired. Do not book room facing park as noisy. In the entry level rooms, some are better than others so be picky.

This hotel is a typical travellers hotel but was spacious and ticked all the boxes. The pool was a lovely added bonus with ample seating space outside to have a drink, play cards or read your book. It was nicely situated and all shops / restaurants were within walking distance. It was also easy to get into Manhattan with the Subway. The beds were comfy (just not the pillows). We asked for a little mini fridge which was delivered timeously. There was no cupboard space but we had a dressing table so used that as our shelf and the room was large enough to open up a suitcase. The pillows were not great so take one of your own.

We were staying on the second floor and there was a lot a lot of street noise so I would recommend requesting a higher up room. The pool was really nice and extremely warm, but it closes pretty early so be warned. Also not available half the year. Some of the deck furniture was very cheap and broke, both on our patio and by the pool, we told the staff and they said “oh it’s just the end of the summer that’s normal.” Overall it was a nice stay, good location, but not sure if worth the money we doled out for it.

The hotel sells tickets to the pool so it becomes packed and they treat it like a club, so the actual hotel guests can't even enjoy it. It's also super loud. For $700 you'd expect a bit better.
