The staff was very helpful

A nice boutique hotel in Williamsburg. The rooms are small and very basic/no frills and the bed is very low to the ground, BUT it is very comfortable! I slept very well. My main complaint is the pool access: You have to reserve (and pay) for a chair by the pool. I was not made aware of this ahead of time so there was no room for me! The hotel allows for people to book and pay for chairs for the day so if you are staying at the hotel you have to book ahead of time. I wish I was told this. There were only 2 bean bag chairs that were available first come first serve that were immediately taken! I got lucky- one of the really nice hostesses said she could allow me to sit in a chair until the person who booked the reservation arrived. Great customer service. There are drinks and food to order poolside and a lovely small rooftop bar. Decent hotel and I liked the boutique aspect. Would stay again!

This was our second stay at CODA and we had another incredible stay. Great location, amazing housekeeping and great staff. We left a jacket in our room and the staff helped ship it to England - they went above and beyond! Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Staff were great The pool was undergoing renovations which was not disclosed to us when we booked or before we arrived. There is no room service despite being advertised. The roof garden is not part of the hotel it’s an independent business and only opens at 5 pm

bc of poor shower design. It’s a party hotel and I was not looking for a party hotel.
-
Great location and fantastic pool. The staff were exceptional and better than virtually every 5 star hotel I have stayed in Nothing

Location is good Didn’t think it was nice enough for the price (although it was decently priced compared to other “nice” hotels in nyc). The room was tiny with no where to put anything. The bathroom and shower were spacious and nice. The pool area was weird - you had to “check in” and they asked everytime if I had made a reservation for the pool in advance. It was as if the staff were told to make it seem really exclusive. Didn’t like those vibes.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the nearby parks and wonderful restaurants. The Front Desk Staff and Housekeeping were friendly, attentive, and helpful. We hope to return to Coda!

A fine place to stay in Williamsburg, with a lovely pool, comfortable rooms, and a very responsive staff.

Great stay. People were very helpful and responsive
-
Excellent location near lots of places and the park.

Good location and the pool is great The staff was a little too “chill.” Not a lot of speed or attention to detail which got annoying. Requests would take a long time, need reminding, and our pool reservation got lost. The rooms were also extremely basic, sort of felt like a dorm room.

Location I specifically picked the hotel for the balcony room. I was told they had overbooked and they put me in a different room. There was hair on the towels in the bathroom... not clean.
-
Amazing gym. Convenient location. Everything was great!

Great decor big rooms! Nothing
-
Clean, large (for New York Standards) room with a very comfy bed. Free coffee and water. Super clean! Nothing.
-
Convenient for walking around. Nice and clean room just little noisy when people talking and walking.
