Clean room. Staff was incredible and so helpful. They also recommended me great places to go eat and sight see.

Great stay. Solid AC. Not the hugest fan of the toilet IN the shower space though we made it work.

We stayed in this Pod as it was close to our daughter's apartment. This location is very convenient as it is next to restaurants, TJ's, Whole Foods, and the subway. We stayed in a room with a double bed. The room was clean and spacious for a pod. I do wish the bathroom had more counter space.

Looking for a safe, easy to get around from, with good value. Pod Brooklyn delivered. After 3 fast paced days in Times Sq.,Rock plaza, Pod Brooklyn in Williamsburg gave me the chill, n'hood vibe I sought. Super close to restaurants, coffee shops, Whole Foods, local boutiques, and the Bedford Avenue subway station - great base to explore both Brooklyn and Manhattan. Although I arrived 3 hrs. before check-on, front desk guru checked me right in and upgraded me to a quiet queen room overlooking the rooftop garden. The room was peaceful and spotless. Yes, the rooms are compact, but so well designed with every need met. Can't say enough about the awesome front desk staff. They took the time to understand what I enjoyed and gave primo recos for restaurants, neighborhoods, and subway directions. Their local knowledge made my trip even better. A few things to know: daily housekeeping is available; you can request a mini refrigerator and dorm-style microwave for your room. I also appreciated the self-service linen station at the end of each hallway, measy to grab fresh towels or extra bedding without calling the front desk. Nice mix of travelers -vacationers to remote workers. Especially recommend Pod Brooklyn to solo female travelers. I always felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood. If you're looking for a clean, well-designed hotel in a great Williamsburg location - this is it!

The Pod BK is always reliable and clean, I have returned many times over the years. For summer travellers its good to note each room has its own independently controlled AC.

Location and facilities

I liked that the staff greeted me kindly, the area was great!! So many things to do within walking distance. I also was able to park my vehicle in their parking garage for about 28$ per night so that wasn’t too bad. Right away, when I got to the room, it smelled like urine. I had to buy air fresheners to get rid of the smell. I also do think the room could’ve been cleaner. And something else that really bugged me was the sink… the water wouldn’t drain properly. I never reported it because my stay wasn’t very long. I also get the pod concept, however, I’m sure you can fit a mini fridge in there somewhere considering the hotel cost.

Good location and handy parking garage. Very nice green rooftop. A bit to expensive for the size and quality of the room. We got a room facing the main street and we could hear the noise like a window is open.

Location is perfect, access to water Rooftop bar was never open when we went up, I realise it’s the point of it but the rooms are very small

Check in process was easy and the staff very welcoming. While the room is small (a pod) the common areas were comfortable and offered a variety of different options. We had dto re-key the room keycards several times which was mildly inconvenient. The wi-fi was a little spotty and cut out during a Teams business meeting out of hours.

You can easy find good food and good coffee shops near the hotel. The room is clean. The front desk staffs are very nice and helpful. When I asked where I can get hot water, they gave me a hot water kettle to use; When I was packing my luggage and worried my luggage over weight, they gave me a weight scale. Since I need to check out at 6 am for a flight in JFK, the staff helped me to book a Uber the day before from the Hotel to JFK with a very good price. so far so good

Great location and nice building overall. Roof garden was amazing. Could have been cleaner (stuff regulalry on the carpet in the hall). Also my room was under the 5th floor bar which was loud when I was there. I also thought he desk was not usable (too narrow) and not luggage storage area so kept it on the bed which then interfered with room cleaning/bed making.
