Great place to stay! Will book again soon!

Very hip hotel in a happening part of Williamsburg. Great rooftop bar with wonderful views however music on the weekends is loud, so bass is audible in the higher floor rooms. Bedford bar in the lobby is good for breakfast and has happy hour Monday -Thursday. Area is very walkable and has access to public transport within a few blocks walk to metro. Walk to the river for great views and an outdoor area - a bout a 6 -10 minute walk away Great coffee shops and restaurants all around.

Location and beds Room was small

Some of the staff were nice, very few though, most were aloof and were not friendly at all. I liked the location and the bar lobby was a nice ambiance, the outdoor seating area was also nice and the rooftop area had great views. Access to the storage closet was great! Lack of amenities, room towels and the extra blankets I got from storage were dirty, towels in room seemed musty, front desk phone did not work. Some of the staff were a bit rude and or not helpful with any information and seemed bothered when asking questions.

Very easy check in and they let us check in early! The room was great and the the view was wonderful, I would definitely stay again.

I had a great time but the room was warm and you can’t adjust the temp.

The Moxy Williamsburg is my home away from home. Easy check in and check out. Free hot coffee in the mornings. Good rooftop bar. I can walk to every place I require in Williamsburg.

The rooftop and outdoor seating in front No microwave available, no ice maker, small room, delayed service, room key was not working so guest had to be escorted to room and staff were not happy about it and did not remain professional

The staff was courteous and helpful.. We had 2 rooms reserved and had requested refrigerators for both rooms, well in advance. They were not in the rooms when we arrived, which only added to an already stressful travel day. Although, I did like that I was able to text the staff and get it resolved quickly. I feel at that price point a refrigerator and little coffee machine should be a given. It was nice to sit out in front at the tables, the area was nice and there were many places to go within walking distance, stores, restaurants, etc. Overall it was a nice stay.
