Moxy Brooklyn Williamsburg

Great location, walkable to so many good restaurants and the riverfront. Some of the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond, but many at front desk and lobby bar seemed uninterested in helping guests at all. Our room was clean and more spacious than we anticipated, so that was a bonus. The drinks & food at the bar were great. A major downfall was not being able to enjoy the rooftop bar once during our 3 night stay due to private parties renting the space (but the front desk staff had no clue and kept telling us the rooftop was open, then made us feel like we were crazy when we told them it was indeed closed to the public - seems to be a huge lack of communication between the hotel and Lilistar). I was bummed about that because we ended up booking this property over another because it had a roof top.

Very nice hotel for couples. Not a family hotel. Rooms are small with no fridge or microwave. Bathroom and shower doors are transparent. Room was cleaned every day. Rooftop is only opened on the weekends, which was a bumper. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the subway and Domino Park is a 15 minute walk and absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, our stay was great just wish the rooms where a little bigger and had a fridge and microwave.

Felt the hotel was very dark. Hallways, bathrooms, elevator all very dark. Breakfast was good at the bar.

Rooms are tiny and dated if you get the smallest room size. Train is directly next door and loud. Club on roof is loud. Beautiful lobby.

Really great property with lots of events and added features for guests. I loved the lobby live music and DJ on Saturday night!

Second trip to Moxy in Wburgh…. It’s a great place to stay!

Room was not cleaned 2 days in a row and after asking 3 times for a room clean it didn’t not happen and I had to change my own sheets. Terrible cleaning service and terrible at fixing the problems Nobody cared to listen to our complaints

Really enjoyed my stay. Quiet, clean and the staff was very helpful. Will stay here again on my next visit.

A massive lack of storage even tho they provide the pullouts to hang items, steamer was not cleaned and stained my formal shirt for a wedding as well as jacket. No fridge included or mini bar and lack of even an ice basket made it very tedious when they claim to be child friendly and we have no place to store his milk.

The Moxy Williamsburg exceeded my expectations in every way. It was in a great location on Bedford Ave which was walking distance to lots of restaurants as well as Domino Park. The resort fee has great inclusions like 2 daily tickets to Brooklyn Museum and $15 daily FB credit. Also you get free access to their rooftop bar/club which was otherwise charging a cover all weekend. This was one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at and ended up being such a great value. I will definitely be back!

Very hip hotel in a happening part of Williamsburg. Great rooftop bar with wonderful views however music on the weekends is loud, so bass is audible in the higher floor rooms. Bedford bar in the lobby is good for breakfast and has happy hour Monday -Thursday. Area is very walkable and has access to public transport within a few blocks walk to metro. Walk to the river for great views and an outdoor area - a bout a 6 -10 minute walk away Great coffee shops and restaurants all around.
