Very good

Room was comfortable and quiet at night. Fairly close to two subway stops. Breakfast in the lobby was convenient and tasty although be aware that you only get a $15 credit for breakfast and we always spent more than that for our meal plus coffee. Loud in the morning starting around 7 due to construction behind the building. Little more quiet part of Williamsburg that required some walking to get to most things, which was fine.

Very nice and comfortable, well located, nice amenities and delicious breakfast!

I like the location I didn’t like the parking was so expensive. I also didn’t like that I was told I would get a $15 breakfast credit, but in fact, I was only given $10. I also expected the room to be much cleaner, when I arrive, there was a fake eyelash on the floor in the bathroom. The carpet was never vacuumed in the three days that I was there. The shower walls at the same stains for the entire three days that I was there. Which shows that the housekeeping personnel was not even wiping down the bathroom.

Exceptional

I chose it because it was close to my son. Well, anyone could access the rooms (no key card required). No deadbolt or chain on the door. Carpet was stained and burnt. The body wash was empty & pump for shampoo didn’t work. My room was not serviced. Late night guests next door kept going up & down the stairway & the fire door kept slamming. I moved to another hotel after two days.

I have never stayed at a hotel where the staff was so absolutely amazing!! The location was ideal: quiet enough to get a good night's sleep or an afternoon nap, but close enough to the subway and many restaurants for that big city adventure.

Front desk folks were incredibly nice

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in Brooklyn. The experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this place to anyone

The room is mostly clean, and staff was friendly. The breakfast was Ok, but the waitress disappeared for a while at peak time. The location of the hotel is good, a short walk away from the metro station. The room was surprisingly quiet at night despite its closeness to the metro line.

staff was super nice and there were so many amenities!
-
Very nice ambiance, clean and comfortable hotel. A tad expensive for the location though.

For the price of the room that we paid I felt like we should’ve got comped every day for breakfast. The room shower the hot was cold and the cold was hot and it was very confusing for my older mother. The light fixture in the bathroom was very hard to put makeup on because it was so dark in there. There was nobody at the front desk to check out, so I left my key on the desk thinking I was checked out.

The property was clean and modern! Nothing! I absolutely loved it!
