Hole in the door, the shower was broke did not help to fix it. I told her about the door. She said we still couldn’t put me in a different room I had booked the Jacuzzi room. Did I receive a Jacuzzi room said I booked the wrong room not never staying here a again no elevators

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and it was quiet. It is an older building, but it worked for what we needed it for.

The room i originally booked was unavailable so I was offered another room and the shower did not work, room and linens dirty with stains. The swimming pool was peeling and can use some attention...Also a lot of illegal activities going on in that place as well!

Room was dirty and tv didn’t work

The bed was comfortable. The sink was fine. The blow dryer was broken. The carpet was filthy. The bathtub Spicket was leaking. The showerhead was very old and not operating properly. Said it was pet friendly and free when I booked it and they charged me $35 for the dog. Also, when it picked the room, they showed the room with a Jacuzzi tub and they did not have a room with a Jacuzzi tub there. So it’s pretty disappointing.

Nothing Everything. This was a nasty place to stay. Stains on furniture, carpet so dirty it turned my socks black. It has turned me off to Baymont. They have lost a customer in me.

Rudest front desk clerk I've ever met! Took it upon herself to cancel my reservation & refused my request to speak to the GM of the property.

Check-in went smoothly and staff nice. We just came in late and out early in the morning. The room was basic and clean, king bed slept good.

The room was dirty. Piss ants everywhere and a spider in the bathroom. Breakfast was trash & the orange juice on Saturday tasted like poison. Sunday they put an out of order sign on it. No coffee pot in the room. Wouldn’t give us a trash bag to clean up pizza box. Only small bags. The AC cover kept coming off. It was an absolute terrible stay & definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

I am not sure why I got this email since I did not get to stay at the Baymont. The front staff was extremely rude and said she was going to cancel my room. I should not have been charged at all, I never got checked in.
