Bryant Inn & Suites

It's an Econo Lodge that got bought out. It is going through renovations to replace the furniture. The truck dropped off while I was there. Unfortunately, no ice machine, no wi-fi even after they gave the password and said it worked, and they don't run the climate control when no one is there. I opened the door in 90-degree weather, and it was like an inferno hit me. It may have something to do with since the La Quinta burned across the street, and they had to permanently close the property. Other than that, after I finally got the room cooled down it's a clean comfortable, quiet room that is walking distance to restaurants right off of I-30. I'd stay here again next time I'm in town.

The property was very nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, and soft! The location was pretty perfect, with lots of things to do and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, and helpful. I will definitely be back to stay here every-time we are in the area! The only thing I didn’t like was the ice machine was broken, but that was all that was bad!

There was an ice machine that wasn’t working. A soda machine that wasn’t working. Had a roach run across the bathroom counter.

It was so dirty, we left and paid for another property and sadly we saw another couple dokng the same thing. I dont think i've ever written a complaint before, but it was definitely terrible. There was pubic hair in shower and the bed had hair in it. The sheets were yellow not white and had a burn hole in them. The couch was so filthy you could actually see the dirt on it. Don't stay here to save money; it will cost you more to go somewhere else after you check-in.

Duty shower and smell bad,

The inside of the room was decent. There is an old chair that had old black stains on the arms of it. Time to throw that out ! The shower had mold in it and on it. Sheets were fresh, smelled good and clean. Inside of the room was clean as well. It’s hardwood flooring not that old carpet as shown in the pictures. It makes it look more modern.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was OK, but the floors seemed dirty. Swept, but not mopped. The bed was comfortable, but it used springs that were noisy when there was any movement at all. The bathroom door was hard to close. The ice machine did not work. There was evidence that the property had been undergoing some repairs. The price was lower than most in the area, but I sort of got what I paid for. The area seemed safe with several shopping and dining options. All things considered, I won’t stay there again.

NOTHING This hotel was absolutely atrocious, not at all what we had anticipated, am currently awaiting a refund because it was a completely UNACCEPTABLE situation. It was supposed to be non smoking but the room REEKED of cigarette smoke and was covered in mold as well. We couldn’t get a decent shower as the bathtub was covered in mold, we couldn’t make a cup of coffee the next morning as again nothing but mold. It was totally devastating and we brought this up to the man at the front desk the next morning and he showed no concern, care or remorse whatsoever. Again I am patiently awaiting results on my refund status but I would NOT advise ANYONE to EVER book this location! EVER!

Location was great! It was surprisingly quiet in the room. Bed was comfy. I am a light sleeper and got a very good nights sleep. For the price point, the property far exceeded expectations! The only thing we didn’t care for was the breakfast - only carbs and no protein. The breakfast.
