The ADA accessible room was on the first floor and near an exit close to my car. Advertised it had a hot tub, but clerk said the hot tub had been eliminated about four years ago. That was the main reason it was booked.

We stopped at the hotel for an overnight stay, while traveling back from Texas. The room was clean and the air-conditioning was great. We used the work-out room, which was well outfitted with equipment and clean. Breakfast was great and the staff was helpful.

I liked the location. I didn’t like that I never received room service my 3 days of staying there. The second day I asked the front desk if my room could get room service and his response was, I’ll try. When asked why I didn’t receive room service they said that we told them we didn’t want room service, which was never said and or never talked about. When asking them for clean towels it seems like a hard job.

Check in , allows truck parking Bathtubs aren't cleaned , have rings around the tub which indicates they arent cleaned , scoured properly. Tub wouldn't drain water properly , drain plug wouldn't stay in up position
