I would definitely stay here again! The staff was incredibly nice, breakfast was SO good and the beds are super comfy. Clean rooms and lots of stores in walking distance.

Clean rooms, excellent breakfast, nice pool. The staff were there to help and always cheerfully. Wiukd definitely go back if if traveling this way again.

I booked this hotel for my son and his family that didn’t have a Credit Card. I received a message from the hotel that one was required for check in, and they did not accept cash or debit cards; this is even after pre-paying for the hotel online. I even called and the guy told me I had fill out a CC authorization form for incidentals, which I did, and ONLY checked that I was covering incidentals and nothing else. After my son checked out, I received a credit card transaction for $1113.89 and $149.24. I called the hotel and spoke with Shae, who told me she would have all of that credited to me by the next day. Again, the hotel was already paid for, but they charged me for the stay at their rate and then over $1000.00 “in error”. With the credit card authorization form that I have and sent them only allowing charges for incidentals, this should be considered credit card fraud or Theft. Either way the credit card company is handling it

The room was adequate and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend it to others!

Breakfast was decently varied and the coffee was fresh even at almost 9am. Staff was very helpful and nice, unfortunate about the linens and smoke detector.

The hallways smelled like weed on the 2nd floor towards our room. We stayed in 236. Room smelled very musty. Ants all over the room. Bathroom, beds, nightstand. I know you can't control this next one. The beds were super uncomfortable. I haven't slept on a hotel bed that bad in years. Then this morning there were ants on the plate/tongs for the biscuits and gravy. We instantly left after seeing that.

The stay was just OK. When walking in, there was a very strong smell we couldn't figure out, but it was so strong it was unpleasant. The elevator is loud, but appreciate the swiftness. Once on our floor, the very strong angel of pot hit you in the face. The bathroom wasn't deep cleaned. There were small splatters everywhere you looked.

The cleanliness of this hotel was extremely disappointing. There were stains throughout the room, and it had a strong musty, unpleasant odor. The overall condition felt dirty and poorly maintained. Based on the quality of the accommodations, I would expect a rate closer to $50 per night, not what they currently charge. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Breakfast was good, had a good variety of food. Clean and quiet. Good location for anything you needed.

Pool area could use some tlc.

The customer service was not very good at all. The girl that checked me in was outside on her cell phone more than she was inside both nights that we stayed. We literally had to wait on her for 10 minutes one night while she was outside smoking and talking on her phone.
